ordered shoes on 1/18/21. seller claims it shipped; tracking number shows "pre-shipment" but USPS states it was never picked up. i emailed seller THRICE and called USPS THRICE (both blaming each other). meanwhile, i'm out $92 for shoes I NEVER RECEIVED. beware of this seller!!!! ZERO STARS if possible.
I had the same problem as Stacy as I ordered a Size 11 Brooks running shoe and they sent a size 9. No response from them to fix. Seems like a trend with them!
Received wrong size shoes, have tried for 2 wks to contact Midwest sales. No response, I just want to get the right size, sooo frustrating
