Do not buy anything from Mid-Coast Sports. They were happy to take my money, but never shipped the item or responded to my emails.

I would never give them my money again - they don't seem to be legitimate.

I ordered a helmet through Walmart and after 10 days of waiting... They CANCELLED the order without any notification! I will never use these guys again!!!

I ordered a gift for a friend, and after reading the (justifiably low) reviews below was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time and attempted to cancel the order.

I AND Wal-Mart Customer Service attempted to contact Mid-Coast Outdoor Sports 5 times to cancel the order and they never once replied and shipped the item the following week and want to charge a 35% restocking fee and shipping. Caveat Emptor!!

My wife and I both ordered bikes and they wait 4 days to cancel because I assume they weren't in stock do yourself a favor dont take a chance with this company. They are pathetic and a sad excuse I knew I should have ordered from Amazon or a more reliable company. Walmarts marketplace sucks.

Ordering and time of shipping was not the problem. The issue lies in their customer service and whoever is in charge of email. Had to return my item and had sent over 4 emails concerning the refund because i had not received any answer nor credit back to my account within a 6 week period. Finally I called Walmart customer service which resolved the issue. Mid coast outdoor sports was unprofessional and rude. Never ordering again.

I ordered a tent and it never shipped, although a shipping label was created. Instead of rushing the order to make things right, the company canceled the order without any attempt to contact me. Very frustrated! This was a father's day gift that was never received and was ordered a month ago.

I ordered a mustang ford mustang folding chair and got a mustang college chair. I didn't even know that it was not coming from Walmart. I blame Walmart for a lot of it. I took it back to Walmart and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I would have to contact the seller. The problem is, I was on the Walmart site. I thought that was who I was buying from.

Ordered a boat cover for my son’s boat. The box is either mislabeled or wrong cover is in box. I have emailed Mid-Coast four times and tried to call the number that was given to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order from this seller. Ordered a sporting Kansas city Quilt for Christmas from them. The tracking says it went to a different city . When I contacted Fedex they said that order is not even in my name. I can not get a refund or a replacement sent. Very upset about their customer service or lack of. Again Do Not order from this seller as you will not be order to get any thing resolved and will probably be out your money.

I ordered the 13.5 Marine lights from Mid-Coast Sports and received the 7.5 bar lights. No issue, simply wanted an exchange. After multiple emails sent to Mid Coast Sports I have received no support. Buyer Beware, I am not working will walmart to get my money back. Go Elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a tent from Walmart.com When we received the tent it had one broken leg . We emailed Mid Coast, they responded immediately. We explained our need for the tent and we were under a time limit. They told us everything to do and provided fed ex return shipment. We did exacty what they told us to do and they did exactly what they said they would do. We had a new tent that works perfectly next day after us shipping back broke tent. I can not say anything bad about their customer service. Only reason for just four stars was original tent was broke. Thanks again and I would by from them again!

Horrible! Sent wrong product, won't respond to emails, and never answers the phone. Very frustrating!

Horrible customer service. No response to any email nor do they pick up any phone calls.

Mid-coast outdoor sports has for the 3rd time in the last 30 days, emailed that I, the customer, has cancelled the bicycle that I ordered from Walmart. Each time I returned to Walmart website to find that bicycle offered,in stock with est delivery in 6 days.

I DID NOT CANCEL. TOTALLY UNTRUE

The bicycle brand is very well known and is available by other well known store chains at a slightly higher price

I bought a Texas A & M game chair for my daughters birthday and she never got it I’m still waiting for your tracking number please respond
