This is the worst market place seller . I have return an item and they have receive the item since 3 weeks ago and I still do not see my refund amount in my account . They are scammers. Never ever purchase anything from this Walmart market place seller. Their clothing size is way smaller than other sellers
ZEROS!!!!!!!! LIARS!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!! They sent a used lingerie set (GROSS) that was XXXS and I ordered L & 1 PIECE OF THE ORDER WAS MISSING! They send emails at 4a saying to just start a return, BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO RETURN BECAUSE IT STATES CONTACT THE SELLER FOR RETURN. I'M CONTACTING!!!!!!!!!
Order something off Walmart (which needs to let this company go) and wasnt anything like what they had shown does not fit also was late... going to cut my 11 dollar loss thankfully I had more in the order from other companies so shipping was free
This is a fraud company and Walmart should not have them on their site. They have taken my money since 4/1 and I have never received the product. I requested the order cancelled and the person that sends me emails says the credit has been sent to my card and it hasn't. Now she says to just contact Walmart.
DO NOT ORDER ITEMS ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY ON WALMART.COM! They scammed me out of my money and many more people who have written bad reviews about them. They are getting away with TONS of money from people like me ordering online during COVID. They seem to be obtaining "tracking" and being able to show items being delivered but in reality, its not being delivered. They are refusing to refund me on 3 items I ordered from Walmart.com and saying literally I need to investigate the USPS because it's their fault--and they REFUSE to give me my money back.
With no update to the order or shipment update, eight days in I found these reviews and contacted the seller requesting a cancellation. I expressed if they repeated the most common line " Please wait 3-4 days " then they would be assumed as fraudulent and would be disputed. I respectfully requested us to cut to the chase and end this now to save ourselves time. The message received back was to wait 3-4 days. Walmart's customer service team thankfully stepped in and quickly helped resolve the issue. Beware, any message you receive from the seller is poorly translated at best, automated at worst.
Do not use. Terrible company. took a month to get item. Horrible customer service
My order was supposed to arrive on May 7th, According to the usps tracking number it was supposed to arrive at one of their facilities on May 2nd but it hasn't, After looking at others reviews it looks like I will not get my order. This place is a big scam and I will report them to Walmart. Wish I could give them a 0 star rating.

Add my voice to the chorus. This company is a scammer that gets paid when they create a shipping label, and then they never ship the item. Got the same emails to "please wait 3 or 4 days,"---three times! Item should have been delivered on 4/30.
I opened a charge dispute on my credit card for this purchase and it was approved immediately. Walmart needs to drop these people ASAP.
SCAMMER. Melilla International Inc immediately creates a fake USPS shipping label so as to misrepresent both Item location and shipping status so they can charge your credit card while they stall to get the item to you, if they even ever do. Do not settle for letting them keep your money. Report it to Walmart so they get removed from the Marketplace.

I had ordered a blouse from this company , I waited 18 days for this item to be delivered this is after the fact that I had been emailing someone from this ompany prior to that and during that. Anyhow, I get an email saying that my refund is being handled at the very moment I was emailing this person. So this morning I got an email back from someone at Melilla saying ..What is the reason for your refund.. Let us all that have bad experiences report this company to the BBB.
Wish I could give 0 . Horrible company! Do not use. Walmart should never be associated with them. Have not received order. No refund. Every time I contact it says please allow 3-4 more days sorry for delay. We will make it right. After 4 times I am beginning to think they are lying. CRAZY!
Item not delivered. Melilla will not replace or refund the purchased item I ordered from Walmart.
Placed order on 04-27-2020. The expected delivery was May 4th. It is now May 8th and the order has still not arrived. According to tracking the order has not moved once the Chinese shipper picked up the order from the international seller.
here is my experience on melilla international inc. thru walmart. I ordered a blouse on the 20th of April 2020 , It is now the 6th of May and I still have not received. The companies excuse is covid 19 has slowed it up. Then i emailed them for a refund . I get an email back saying don't worry about it, that they have spoke to the mail carrier and to speed up delivery. I then reply with I am tired of the excuses, and I want a refund today. I was told i would receive my package on the 28th of April , but i still have not. So, it has been delayed for a week and a half, still nothing. If i could give this company a zero rating I would..
I placed mine on the 21 and my kids got there stuff from Walmart but mine is fro. Melilla and it's delayed at the same place it's been at when I ordered they was quick to take my money though I've contacted the 4 times already and nothing so I contacted Walmart and told them I want a refund and got nothing in respond when I call I get hung upon
