DO NOT TRUST THIS COMANY. I should have gotten a refund. I ordered a large heating pad 2/2/23 and was emailed the next day that it was out of stock until a month from when I ordered. They asked if I wanted the smaller heating pad. I asked for how much and they said for the SAME PRICE AS THE LARGE ONE. I thought that was outrageous, so I told her they should send me the smaller one out of the inconvenience for no charge and I said if that was not possible, to give me a refund. I never heard from her again and I emailed her 3 more times. I had to file a non-reciept of item dispute with my bank. There is no accountability for customer service emails.

Very disappointed in my experience with MDMAXX. Yes I agree with other reviewers that their pictures on line are not what gets delivered so it’s confusing. But more so then that is when you go to return something or try calling them its like trying to call a different country. No one response. Then I leave voicemails and send emails and still no response. Im still trying to deal with something I returned in March 2022.

My experience with MDMAXX was awful! Customer service is no help. I understand it’s not their fault for an item to be on back order. I placed an order in for over a month and no one reached out explaining why my order wasn’t sent out. I called twice and it’s like they don’t care how their customers feel. They were so fast to ask would you like us to refund the product. Most places in situation like this handle it better, they just don’t care about their business. It does matter if I order 10$ in stuff or 1000$ in stuff treat everyone the same. I’m highly unsatisfied and will never refer anyone to order from here. And I surely will inform children healthcare of Atlanta hospital know how bad my experience was with this company because they were the ones who referred me here!!!!

My experience was awful. MDmaxx sent me the wrong item, an understandable error. However, Customer Service was unresponsive,; did not respond to emails, did not answer the phone, and in short required significant effort on my part to taking to seek a resolution. The final insult was to be told and the problem would be corrected once the incorrectly shipped item was returned and received by them, even though the error was on Mdmaxx and I had already paid for the item. We all make mistakes, however, how we deal with them often defines the true nature of a company.
