I ordered a case of paper, and it said it'll be delivered by Friday April 30. On Tuesday the 27th they sent me tracking that itll arrive on time. On thursday they said it'll arrive Monday May 3rd. The tracking made sense cause it was sent to the same city as me!
I contacted them why its delayed, and the following is what they replied after a few hours:
"Hi, We apologize you missed our previous messages. Your order is being cancelled/refunded on our end since we got a message from our local warehouse that this item is already out of stock. Please disregard any tracking information as it may just be a glitch on our system. At times, we have found that there are glitches in technology and time lapses in the time it takes when we close a listing to the time when it actually becomes unavailable in the Walmart store. We already processed the refund and it should reflect within 3-5 business days. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding. Stay safe and have a wonderful rest of your day!"
INDEED I GOT A REFUND.
Now, it did show the package being delivered, but i never got it. I called fedex and they said that indeed there was such a package to my town but to a different name and address.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER, NOT BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE A SCAM BUT RATHER BECAUSE YOU SIMPLY WON'T GET WHAT YOU WANT.
And as for the message they set me. Why in the world does it take them TWELVE DAYS to realize they were understocked????????
Maybe i had luck, and because i contacted them before the thing was delivered they had to give me a refund.
Oh, one more thing, they NEVER contacted me before that, so them apologizing for me missing their messages is a lie
I ordered a closet maid shelf organizer, got the e-mail that it had been delivered, however there was nothing there. Checked the FedEx tracking into and it shows it was "left at door" in the next town over. Called FedEx and they claim that my name and address do not match the name and address the seller attached to the tracking number so they can't help me. Contacted the company and have not received a response. Seems like a scam.
Ordered a keyboard, tracking said it was delivered. It never got here. I get in touch, they say that FedEx seems to have lost it, your refund will be there in 3-5 business days. SEVEN business days later, no money, Walmart hand to refund me instead. Just don't buy from these people.
Terrible experience dealing with this "company." For some reason my order was shipped to a completely different state. Reycor LLC was totally unresponsive to my many messages inquiring when my order would be correctly delivered. I contacted Walmart customer service via Twitter; they, in turn, contacted Reycor LLC. Reycor THEN responded with a promised refund in "3-5 days" -- that didn't come through, either, and only crickets when I inquired about my refund. I again contacted Walmart via Twitter and was promised THEY would process my refund -- WE'LL SEE IF THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS.!?!

Only half of my order arrived. The other half was delivered to the wrong address! I never received a reply from the company. Very disappointed.
Ordered thru Walmart.com seat covers. They took my money and my order went to Winston Salem NC. I feel they are scammers using walmart as their platform. So who is this person they are sending customer orders to and stating they are lost items. I DO NOT think they are lost. They are reselling and scamming people. I finally left this review because they dont return emails and do not answer their phone
Happened upon this company via WALMART MARKETPLACE. My order, too, went to someone else in another city. Walmart Customer Service "Chat" provided NO help. Contacted Reycor LLC directly via three different platforms--still waiting to hear from them. Finally I found a number where I could call Walmart directly in order to get a refund. I told Walmart how dissatisfied I was with them and Reycor LLC. Still waiting on refund to show up on my credit card.

I ordered an item in an order with several other items, too my address. Everything else arrived to my address, but you guys sent the itemfrom you guys to winston Salem for some reason even though that wasn't on the order. Then when I called requesting a replacement sent to my home instead, you guys charged me again. I'm going to need both refunds now and you guys suck as business owners. You guys think you're the only ones struggling so you decide to steal from customers for some reason? I just can't understand what's your motivation. You guys are terrible.
