I ordered 4 casters for my cart. Never delivered.

I ordered 4 caster wheels; 1st shipment was said to be lost in the mail & the reorder was later cancelled do to "out of stock".

I ordered a set of "4 Large All Steel Swivel Plate Caster w/ Brake Lock Heavy Duty 3.5" Wheels" but the package was open when FedEx delivered and one of the wheels was missing. FedEx tried to deliver the same package again only five days later. Walmart returned my money and said to order the wheels again, however that order has not arrived since FedEx has not "returned" the original torn package with the missing wheel. I need all four wheels FedEx--send me my order!

I ordered a set of eight casters that is half with break and other half without break, they only ordered four of the eight casters.

they should know when people order some thing they would expect to receive the whole order.

I ordered camping lights and I got some table top corn-hole game. not very happy. I sent a letter and they basically accused my neighbors. BUT I got the package and it wasn't what I ordered...

Always pay with a major credit card. That's the best way to protect yourself from scammers.

3 Pack - American Flag Ball Cap Hat US USA Patriotic Stars and Stripes Baseball Cap I only received 2 of the hats. They are perfect. However, I paid for 3 hats. Please ship the 3rd hat. I'd order more since I really like the hats but I don't want to be short changed. Thank you, Mary
