I have tried to cancel an order placed on line from Walmart sight for this company, first within minutes at time of purchase, and then again once the item I didn't want was delivered. I have submitted another request to return to obtain a return label and today, I received ANOTHER one of the items I've tried to get returned . Now I have TWO of the unwanted items and no response as to how to return. I will not order again from Walmart, and for SURE not this "company".
They are horrible will not return emails will not answer phone calls did not send the product I ordered pretty much stole my money I am very angry and will be contacting my lawyer negative 5 stars
I ordered a bathroom set for my granddaughter's birthday on 3-18-19 and it is still not received. I tried contacting Matt and Ethans toychest directly with the phone # and it is no longer in service. Tracking the package says it hasn't been received by UPS yet and it has been two weeks. Never had a problem with ordering from Walmart before. If there is so many problems with Matt and Ethans, then maybe Walmart should quit using them.
What a joke of a company. Bought a bedding set for my daughter's birthday. Washed it when we got it like we do all bedding and it tore. Now my daughter's upset that she never even got to use the new bedding but they will not refund us or exchange. Don't buy from this company.
I ordered a Chicago Cubs beach towel. NOT only is the TOWEL cheaply made, it's also offset, The CUBS emblem bleeds white into red and red into white, very OBVIOUS, TO SHIP THIS TOWEL OUT IS A VERY BAD REFLECTION ON YOUR COMPANY! To make things worst YOU make it very DIFFICULT to return considering I ordered it through Walmart.com and now I have to deal with a CHEAP company like Matt And Ethan. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART.COM AGAIN! AND CERTAINLY NEVER ORDERING FROM MATT AND ETHAN, TELLING EVERYONE about this cheap company!! GONNA SPREAD THE WORD!!!!
