I am completely shocked. I received the masks. However, they were not delivered by the date promised. But, I am letting everyone know that this is NOT a scam (at least for my order). The company is legit but did a poor job with the stated delivery by date in their listing.

Horrible experience with seller and Walmart. Ordered package in April, said delivered but all I received with mail with letter inside saying I would receive item in another package later due to logistic delay. It is now end of May and no face masks and no correspondence from them or Walmart. I have filed claim with Walmart 4 weeks ago and they have not responded. I will never order from Walmart or this company again.

I ordered face masks end of March and the receipt showed that they would arrive by Thursday, April 27. I have not received a shipment or any communication from Mancro. The latest tracking information is from April 24th. I am giving them the lowest rating as I feel I have been scammed.

I ordered face masks and the receipt showed that they would arrive by Thursday, April 23. I have not received a shipment or any communication from Mancro. They also charged my account two times for the same order. I am giving them the lowest rating possible since at this point I consider them to have scammed me out of my money, not once but twice. Such a horrible thing to do in a time like this, when people are trying to stay safe and well.

Same here as other reviewers ordered 40 masks for about $50. No tracking info at all. None of my many attempts to contact the seller worked that ignored me. Contacting Walmart only resulted in being blown off even when I tried to cancel the order. After over a month of no information, no contact, no tracking, I contacted my bank, and consumer protection. Then I got my money back.

I was surprised when the masks arrived today. They are packaged in two clear resealable cellophane bags with stickers on them. No formal packaging as I am familiar with here in the states. I repacked them with return shipping label I was given when I tried to cancel the order. After all the weirdness behind these masks I don't want to put these things to my family's faces in a pandemic so dangerous. I made cloth masks for my family in the meantime. So we are set now.

There seems to be a terrific amount of negative publicity in this blog regarding Mancrotech. I ordered my disposable masks on April 17th It was shipped and recorded through Jamaica New York April 24th since that date there's been no update or delivery. I'm am in contact with Macrotech and they do reply to me. You can imagine how disgruntled I am in my emails. Mancrotech assures me there is a shortage and there is confusion but there will be a delivery some day. SOME DAY??? I was born at night but not last night! Walmart has already processed a refund on my credit card. The reason for the return credit states "customer changed mind". That's outrageous and it's a fraudulent, bald-faced lie! I'm gonna wait until hell freezes over for my masks if I have to! I may press the CEO of Walmart to investigate if this isn't resolved soon. The times are certainly challenging but this situation really has a bad smell to me.

I ordered masks on April 3. Finally received on May 7. On April 25, Walmart refunded my money, I did not request the refund. I contacted the seller and they did respond. Said to be patient, shipping from China. Unless these are in stock in the USA expect a four week delivery. There is no tracking available until delivered to USPS in US for delivery. Seller should provide reasonable delivery date when known that shipping is from china. The disposable face masks seem to be of good quality.

Absolutely ridiculous. Package in transit since 4/5. Been to Houston, Dallas, Coppell, Athens, and now back to Dallas and Coppell! Get the package to me or cancel the order and refund my money!

Last of my masks ordered on 4/3 and supposed to be delivered BY 4/13 finally arrived today. Does not change my opinion of Mancro. IMO, Walmart will not charge credit card until order is "shipped" on Walmart books. Also IMO, Walmart will not mark "shipped" without a tracking number. Mancro got a USPS tracking number and said "shipped" (picked up by its "shipping partner") on 4/5. My credit card was charged on 4/6, I assume so Mancro could get its money from Walmart. Then weeks passed and USPS still had not received product. IMO, Mancro dishonestly said shipped when it wasn't. I have filed a consumer fraud complaint against Walmart with the local attorney general. Will never again buy from Mancro and am deeply concerned that Walmart is not policing its third party sellers. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered April 3. On April 6 I get an email my product has shipped with delivery April 13. Then April 13 comes around and my package has been delayed and still at Carol Stream, IL. I found out what probably happened was the company gets overwhelmed, so instead of saying sold out and losing business, they promise deliveries, and print up shipping labels to make people think everything is running smooth. I guess they think it's better to lose some business than all of it saying they're sold out. I just got my masks today on May 7. It's a shitty way to do business, but I have some masks 34 days after ordering.

YES< YES, YES< they took a real long time coming. Over a month with no movement. I accepted the fact that we are living in an unusual time. Noting is moving as expected. Long lines most places. Have to accept the fact that people are not at work. Mail was not moving as usual. Other shipments were the priority.

I did not request a refund, I found other option to utilize until my purchase came.

May 7th, my mask are here. After not moving from April 9th they moved on May 2nd. I did the happy dance. They arrived here in Bx, NY today.

They are what I expected and wanted. Can't fault the shipper for these delays.

Ordered 100 masks Apr.6. Where to arrive Apr. 13-16. By May 6th Walmart refunded my $76.00. The masks arrived 2 days later. I tried returning them to my local store. They wouldn't take them. There is no return address on the package and Mancro answers neither phone or email

I was surprised that I had such a problem with this Seller, as they've been in business/with WM for a long time and I've bought from them before. However, I desperately needed these masks for my job, so when they still weren't here 10 days after expected delivery, I contacted WM for a refund, which they issued promptly. The masks arrived today. They did indeed come from Rochester, lol. Not sure where the breakdown occurred between the seller and their shipper, but happy to learn that I wasn't actually swindled.
