I purchased an Ele attachment for my NuFace device. I did not use it immediately because I was having a treatment of microneedling. When I took it out of the box for the first time , 4 months later, it did not work. The seller refuses to replace the device even though NuFace has a one year warranty but only you buy it directly from them. Buyer Beware- wish I had read the other awful but accurate reviews. I just wasted $115. Purchase only from the manufacturer!!!!

WARNING!!! Stay away from this seller. Very terrible experience that involved credit card disputes, duplicate orders, extra shipping labels, and not to mention the absolute horrid customer service.

I just had the most awful experience with professional beauty and how they handled a package that was allegedly delivered to me and only worth $30 but I had already complained to Walmart that it was not delivered to me and that frequently my packages are ending up at another home with a similar address but that carriers are not reading the full address and leaving my packages at this other place and vice versa. Aside from the unprofessional emails received from professional beauty, their response was that I should contact USPS. This is unacceptable as this is their carrier. I will never order from professional beauty or Walmart again given the amount of time I had to deal with this matter based on an inexpensive product.

I would not write this at all and not even provide a star but the form on allow me to submit it without any star filled in.

How can Professional Beauty offer Peter Thomas Roth FirmX for $24 when it is $48 everywhere else? Is their product real or a counterfeit? I also see that this seller has only one star in the other ratings (please disregard mine, had to select to complete the review).

Bought Peter Thomas Roth serum and have had the same experience as others. Product did not perform as I had hoped. They said they will not return used items. Buyer BEWARE! No place does it say that items cannot be returned if used. Contacting Better Business Bureau.

Bought some Peter Thomas Roth un-wrinkle pads from them. 16 days later and it still hasn’t arrived. Seller said there are weather delays impeding the delivery of my purchase (thought there have been no weather delays according to USPS). However the USPS site has said “awaiting item” for the past 11 days. The seller has lied in multiple emails and told me to “be patient” when the package is 2 weeks late. I’ve requested a refund. Waiting to hear back...

I ordered Biolage ColorLast Conditioner by Matrix for Unisex - 1 Gallon Conditioner and Biolage ColorLast Shampoo by Matrix for Unisex - 1 Gallon Shampoo on 10/30/2018. I ONLY received the Shampoo NOT the Conditioner! I have tried contacting the Vendor TWICE & they will NOT respond to me! All I want now is a refund for what was NOT delivered!!!!

I bought Revitalash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner from Luxury Beauty Spot for $70-$79. Used for a little over a week. Started having pressure behind my eyes. Read reviews that said other people had problems also. Tried to return to be told won’t except return of used items! Will never order again from them!
