Terrible delivery and high priced. Changed delivery date 3 times and this just for 12 cans of soup. Price was 2xs higher than what I normally pay on Amazon. That is my fault since I should have done more checking. Will stay away shoul I see their name.

Your service is a piece of garbage!!!! Walmart used you as a third party seller and you screwed my order up and stole my money!!!!!

sent wrong amount of item/they botched order that I placed last month. I sent, 2 weeks ago, item back via UPS Store, but last week UPS Store called me, saying they had gotten box I sent back to LRB store for refund back to their store because of wrong address (even though address I used was from their website). I then, last Thurs., wrote message to them asking for a correct address in which to resend box back for refund, but have not heard back from them - 5 days later! They're a sham and I won't be purchasing any more products from them.

Don’t order directly from the website, it has been over 2 weeks and my order has not shipped. I cannot get a reply to my emails

If I had wanted the light zesty Italian dressing that these guys tried to send me I would have just went to the store and got it. The reason I got the cucumber ranch dressing is because it’s hard for me to get that where I’m at. I paid about $10 in shipping to get an easily found item around here. And now, I’m having difficulty even returning it. I don’t have a printer, and I have a difficulty getting far from my home, which is why I ordered this even though the shipping was outrageous, so I have to go and find a FedEx shipping center in order for them to be able to print off the label. This is a terrible customer experience.

I often order through LRB superstore because they are the cheapest place that sells the uncommon energy drinks I like. However, you really do get what you pay for. One of the packages I ordered simply never came and was marked as delivered. I've attempted to contact the store several times, but their email is apparently never checked as it's now been over a week since contacting them about it, and the phone number provided on the website doesn't work. There's not even a way to leave a message.

For the most part, you get what you pay for here, but the lack of communication and the almost-always bruised packages are frustrating and tiresome. At this point I'm just going to pay $20 more through Amazon so I'm not wasting my time.

Where is my 12 pack of Toco Chico mineral water from LRB superstore!!! You are telling me it has been delivered.

Insane! Don’t know how I ended up paying $30 for 18 cans of Pepsi thru Walmart! A 12 pack generally goes for $5!

I ordered a 24 pack of Big Red 20oz soda back in October or November of 2021 for around $47 they advised . I received two 12 packs of 12 oz cans and three were busted open and leaking from poor packaging . I tried to call their number and nobody answers the phone . I sent an email a few weeks after I got the order . I didn't get a response until mid January . Literally 3 months later . That's after they removed it from their website . I got a couple of responses from someone and every email is just more questions and no solutions . I ordered directly from them and that was a mistake . At least through other platforms they have to answer for their " mistakes" . I haven't received any response since I told them I ordered directly from them . Extremely unprofessional business . Borderline scammers ... I ordered and paid for 480 oz of Big Red and received 252 usable oz of beverage . Do not order directly from them or they will rip you off !!!

Ridiculous pricing. Don't know why Walmart let's them sell on their website. It is killing Walmarts reputation. $43 for a 18 pack of Pepsi?

THE COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF TOOK MY MONEY ON AMAZON AND NEVER SHIPPED THE ORDER. IT HAS BEEN OVER 1 MONTH AND AMAZON HAS DONE NOTHING

I ordered soda from them via Amazon. In addition to the price I paid on Amazon my 3 packages all came with postage due of just over $20 per package. That is some expensive Mr pibb. Since I didnt know what was in the packages I paid the cost for the 1st 2. However I did not on the 3rd and had my local post office return it to the store. If the seller isnt going to pay the cost of shipping they should let buyers know prior to purchasing. I have notified them via Amazon and asked for a refund of my package containing 2 -12 packs of soda. I'm waiting for a response from them at this point.

Deceptive advertising. On the add I read 16 20oz bottle total of 320. The 320 was the total of FL oz. Not the number of soft drinks.
