These people are a joke. Never buy from this company. I don’t even want to give them a star at all.
Update! Now they are telling me it’s not to their benefit to refund my money. For a package that was never delivered.
Do not use this company!!!!
Worse company I’ve had to deal with for a refund. Package never showed up. Tracking was always “in transit”. And then they sent me multiple emails saying I requested the package to be left at my neighbors. Which I did not. They also told me to walk around my yard and theirs looking for a package that was still “in transit”. Finally they told me I requested that it be delivered to my neighbor through the postal service, even though I have the emails from them saying something else. All over a $15 purchase. What a joke.
