This site is scam I ordered a breville coffee maker on walmart apl said its delivered we checked all the cameras no one showed up and we never received the order

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order for a Ninja Creami through the Walmart website. FedEx said they delivered the item to my door at 10:42am, however it was sent to a completely different person with a completely different address. Customer service department is unreachable. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a toaster. Got an email that package arrived. Went to pick it up and wasn’t there. After some investigating I found out it went to a different address with a different name and certainly was not a toaster. I’ve never had so much bs to locate a package in my life. I phoned Walmart and they gladly refunded my money. I went to order from another company and it was now triple the price. I wish Walmart would be more careful the company’s they allow to sell on their site. This company doesn’t deserve one star but I have no choice.

At least Walmart did a refund for me because this company doesn’t appear to be anywhere Emails bounced back. No phone number. Just a scam

I am very disappointed with this company I ordered a Ninja pro coffee maker and was told it was delivered today 5/8 at 11:30 to my front porch was not there I contacted FedEx said it was signed by Julie ( don’t know any person by this name). I was told by FedEx that the tracking number was correct for the package that address didn’t match what give them ( which is the correct one on website) so how in the Uck do you ship it to another address!!

ordered a Ninja food processor from this seller through Walmart. I wasnat home when the delivery person claimed to have delivered it . When I received the delivery confirmation text, I immediately went outside to get it only to discover that nothing was there. I immediately reported this and received a confirmation email that I would hear from this company within 48 hours but no one ever responded. I reached out a 2nd time to no avail so I called Walmart customer service. Walmart advised that this company has been removed from its vendor list and all they could do, at this point, was initiate a refund.

I am very disappointed with this company I ordered a garden bench and was told it was delivered today 5/10 at 11am to my front porch was not there I contacted FedEx when I tracked the package and saw the photo was not my porch and the packages were not my bench. I was told by FedEx that the tracking number was correct for those packages/that address and that my tracking number was not. I contacted Walmart customer service and was told the tracking number WAS correct and that all I could do at this point was initiate a refund. No clue where my bench ended up and apparently no way to track it. Disappointed. Even if I re order there is no guarantee or trust that it will have the right tracking number or will reach my address. Sad.
