That's bullshit. You requested to cancel it. We did and fully refunded this order. And then you asked not cancelling it again and again and again. How can we do that? Send the item to you and you paid nothing? You are a big Karen!!! Go away, you stupid trash.
Darcie’s review is accurate. Worst customer experience I’ve EVER encountered. Usually I only leave good reviews. This seller- rather than be professional, responded to my issue by calling me a “liar“. I would be happy to try wmtsellers.com- but beware- not this seller!
Disgusted! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'll never buy anything from this seller again! I purchased a "brand new" printer that needed for a client's wedding project and when I received the printer, it was VERY obviously used AND when hooked up had errors saying it was damaged. Still had old ink in the print heads. I've never been more disappointed about a purchase from anywhere before. I'm shocked this seller is allowed to still sell through Walmart.
