Bought toaster oven. It arrived with missing parts. You can't contact them. They must be a phony company. The box had obviously been opened before they shipped it. Do not buy from this company. This service is used by Walmart.
Purchased a Procyber 2 tier drainer rack. It arrived in a damaged box, some hardware missing, and no directions on how to put it together. Finally someone from the company emailed me and want me to take a picture, circle what is missing on the instruction sheet, and state was is wrong. I have no camera or cellphone, no instruction sheet. One star rating is too high.
Bought a bookcase and I couldn't put it together. This company didn't reply to emails from Walmart and are not available by phone. For once I bought the protection plan and it resolved the problem.
Trying to purchase a coocheer 62cc 20" chainsaw they are selling through walmart and they tack on $100 shipping at the payment page, even if you choose the free shipping option. Both companies are scams. walmart is just as bad to blame. after multiple calls they told me they could make me pay only $50 shipping.....when its supposed to be free! Yeah that 'll make it right... theyre blamming them, but walmart is backing them up and basically said too bad. Cheats, both of them.

DO NOT purchase items manufactured by this company. Poorly made and do not work. Purchased a Homedox power washer and it was defective. Hose would not connect. I returned it to Walmart and they sent it back to company. Company sent it back to me because Walmart did not tell them the reason for return . After numerous generic messages to the company, I gave up. Do not frustrate yourself dealing with this foreign company. Buy AMERICAN!!
I bought two scooters March 30 and one has already broken, it cracked in the front bend and rubs the ground. I bought for my grandchildren one 5 and one 6. How do I get this replaced at less than 3 months old.
