Bought an inflatable Minnie Mouse which was defective (Ripped at the seams) out of the box and does not inflate properly. Contacted the company and told I cannot return or exchange the item. Will never buy from them again — surprised they are allow to sell their products through Amazon.

Ordered a 10’ Santa and was charged accordingly, received a 3’ Santa and not getting thru to company, Appears to have someone else’s credit card on return and afraid to return for that reason.

Bad communication from seller and poor customer service. Would not recommend them. Purchased an inflatable but when I received some seams were leaking. I notified the seller their response was to sew or use tape and offered a $5 refund. I returned the item instead.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also called Gemmy, and is associated with Walmart and Amazon. I can't believe that these two company's do business with this Line 9 sales. Yes, there are still companies in America that flat out rip you off. I bought a Halloween yard inflatable that was not working correctly. I shipped it back via UPS, paid for the shipping and supplied proof of shipping to Line 9 sales. They received and signed for it. They responded to my e-mails originally, but eventually stopped all communication whatsoever including e-mails and would not return phone calls. I lost around $90.00 Read reviews before buying or you will pay. By the way, this has been going on since Oct. 6, 2018. I GIVE UP LINE 9. YOU GOT ME.

Tried to stop this transaction, they send anyway. What a rip off. Do not order from them. They have completely changed my opinion of ordering from Walmart online.

I ordered a frankenstein monster that inflates for a few days but stopped working after. Then I tried to contact the customer service because it stopped working. they replied once and I was asking if they could exchange it to another item since then there was no reply. My $61 was air-BLOWN AWAY just like that. Sorry no stars at all!
