I emailed them, Walmart claims they will reply within 48 hours. After reading these reviews (which I did not see before I ordered), I will try to get my money back.
I ordered Item: (4 Pack) Circle 23 Watt - 100 Watt CFL Cool White Light Bulb, CFL 4100K, Spiral Medium Base, CFL 100W Equivalent Light Bulbs, UL Listed
on or around JULY 23, 2020. I have never received my product, nor have I received a refund. I have contacted the seller. Walmart numerous times and they in turn have contacted your company. The only response I have gotten from Linden Products is: Hi Thank you for contacting us we have received you message, and we will reply very shortly. The last correspondence was dated October 20, 2020. Like others, Soon after I placed my order in JULY 2020, I was told the item was shipped. Nothing to indicate that the order was delayed. I will NEVER purchase another product from LINDEN PRODUCTS, and I am sharing your poor customer service with everyone that I know. You owe me $45.98 for products NEVER received. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LINDEN PRODUCTS.
Ordered and never got them, Had to go through Walmart to get refund bc it was charged to my account!!

Same story here. I ordered and paid for 6 fluorescent bulbs on 3/14 through Wal-Mart. Tried to contact Linden Products they do not answer the phone or email. Shipping details say “shipped”, they must be coming from Mars!!! Wal-Mart customer service wait time is 1 hour +. If I ever get hold of ANYONE I will get money back and go else where.
Same thing here. I came to see if I could call their customer service but I found the only review which tells the same story I am having with them. Ordered and gave them my money half a month ago, and yet to receive the item or have anyone respond to my emails that I sent. It says the item shipping from NY and yet it says it is delayed. I do online business and I ship on a daily basis. A shipment from NY to the Midwest shouldn't take more than a week the most. Now I am in the third week and yet to see anything. I will never ordered from them again and nor recommend them for purchase.
I ordered light bulbs through Walmart a month ago! It was reported they were shipped November 20th but when tracked they were NEVER sent! I have called NUMEROUS times and it goes straight to a full vm! I have emailed NUMEROUS times with NO RESPONSE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NEVER order from them again! Nor will I EVER RECOMMEND them! STAY CLEAR! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND CROOKS!!!
