I wish I HAD seen this review I purchased an item from this company is supposed to be delivered on the 14th of May it is a 21st and I still have not received it. Can I tell me exactly what it is or where it is then they tell me that I just checked my neighbor's and my post office because they have delivered did they say that they have not delivered yet then they said that they were looking to it then they say it was going to be delivering the next day it has not been delivered I wish I would have seen this I would never never never ever buy anything from this company again

These people took my money 2 weeks ago and never sent the product. Was supposed to be here today, they never gave it to FedEx so it never left their store. Then told me the Covid-19 pandemic was the reason for the slow shipping. They never contacted me then late at night they send me a broken english message lying about the entire shipment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. They work out of Walmart Marketplace that is until I get through with them.

Service sucks number doesn't work and they don't deliver your packages

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY SELL HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND DON'T DELIVER ON TIME!!. MY SON HAD A BIRTHDAY THE OTHER DAY AND I WAS GIFTLESS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY CAN'T LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES!

Has been almost 3 weeks no info , no email and no delivery big run around.

Ordered a sound and from this company. It did not come with instructions. And the LED lights do not work.

Have not received package

I don't know why Walmart uses these people they billed me on 1st and still have not received the product will be calling Walmart and canceling order after the review

Very poor customer service. They said the same thing "Due To Covid" i ordered something else but wasnt this particular vendor and recieved my package on the 4th same carrier no problems...I too had the same issue in trying to contact them several times because my package was supose to get here on the 3rd of December, I even paid extra to get it here because walmart has free shipping...so it went from the 3rd for the longest time and then went to the 9th . Well guess what I didn't recieve it the 9th either it came in the 10th!!!! I contacted them several times like I said and they said the same thing give it a couple of more days! I finally recieved my package and the led lights were not in the box as described. By now I'm so livid if I could talk to someone they would have gotten an ear full.... so I got in touch with Walmart again because they don't seem to care about their customers, now I have to wait 48 hrs to hear anything back about the lights...so add on top of all the issues I have already had..."DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY" Bad, poor customer service!!! If I could I wouldn't give them any stars!!!!

Shipping time was good but what I received looked like a used product

Do NOT use them. I placed an order 1st week of April. It allegedly shipped April 10th. I have what appears to be a USPS tracking number that hasn’t changed since April 10. When I contact the seller I got a generic response stating due to Covid – 19 shipments are slightly delayed and asking me to be patient for 2 to 3 more days. nine days later I emailed and got the exact same email response. I emailed them and ask for clarification and have not heard from anyone.

Don't know about the product because I haven't received it yet but they sure are slow about shipping it.
