Lickety Split

This seller is a complete scam, looks like they populate listing and try to do arbitrage. DONT BUY FROM THEM AND REPORT THEM.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. They are lacking in customer service and dealing with them by email is horrible. Since I placed my order with Walmart I thought they should know about how horrible this Company ( being a Seller for Walmart) is to deal with. I actually told the Walmart Representative to read the reviews on this site because it will tell them the whole story of what customers have had to deal with. It started with me not receiving my order from Lickety Split. When contacting Lickety Split and telling them my problem, they simple said their was nothing they could do since their records showed it was delivered. After pressing them on who the Delivery Carrier was they said it was Amazon which ended up being a lie. The Carrier they used I have never heard of or dealt with before. Lickety Split's last email to me was that I need to call my local police and report my package was stolen. I know this is a lie because I was home all day the date the package was suppose to be delivered and I actually live on a dead end street and have never had a problem with stolen packages. Walmart resolved my issue after a week of dealing with Lickety Split and them showing no concern or help to resolve this issue. I hardly ever write a negative review but I could not let this go by without a warning about dealing with this incompetent Company

Never received the ite, This is a scam!!!

I ordered a case of 15 lip balm. I only received one with a note that it was a free gift, so I fully expected to receive the order. I was so wrong. This company preys upon shoppers and when confronted about the error they reply with terse responses and no attempt at customer services probably hoping you won’t pursue the refund with all the red tape. Never ever buy anything from them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I had to give them a star just to submit this

Disgusting transaction with these idiots. Ordered an action camera from them through Walmart only to have them claim they never received the order, and then having the order cancelled after I questioned them about it. Save yourself some grief and run, don't walk, away from these scam artists. I would rate them a zero if that was possible as they don't deserve any stars, much less one...

This vendor advertised an item as a case of 12 two different places in the listing but refused to fulfill the order as such and only sent one item. Horrible customer service and a dishonest company. Thankful that Walmart rectified the situation.

I too was shorted on my order of 6 rice. Only received 1.

Sounds like they may do this often -to get people to short customers who likely won’t return it because of the hassle factor in actually returning the item. I plan on returning the item so let’s see what happens.

Hammermill, HAM86790, Great White 100 Recycled Paper, 5000 / Carton, White. I ordered this case of paper (10 reams, which is 5000 sheets).

I received one ream (500 sheets). Shopsey refused to send me the other 9 reams of paper but instead, told me I should contact Walmart for a return and refund. They basically said I was lying and there was no way to prove that I didn't receive all 10 reams. After I emailed them photos of what I received, showing only one ream of paper and the tracking number on the small box. They then threatened me saying they would report me to Walmart.

Know that if this company ships you only part of your order, they will not make it right, by shipping you the rest of your order. They will call you a liar and send you back to Walmart to return what you ordered for a refund.

They had absolutely no customer service but rather short responses that were all the same, sending threats after it was proven I was not shipped my entire order.

I would have given them zero stars, but the rating wouldn't go that low.

They are the worst. I contacted them about a package I never received. Apparently they thought I was lying and stopped being in contact with me. When it comes to my hard earned money that's nothing to lie or play about. If I was any other person I would make sure never to order from them again. I'm suggesting getting a lawyer. I want my money back. Im not paying for an item I dont have in my possession.
