If I could give a -1 then that's what it would be. I ordered a set of three 12 in. Ceramic vases from let's place through the Walmart website. On Sept. 26th. My estimated delivery date was Oct. 27, 20. Today is Oct. 20th and I woke up to an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I never cancelled my order! Nonetheless I reached out to a customer service agent at Walmart and she tried to tell me that she couldn't locate my order even after providing her with the correct order #. She asked if I would be okay with ordering the product again. I replied "No! It's not okay seeing as I haven't even received the refund from my original order. The agent then tells me that a refund would be issued within 5 business from the day I received the initial email. I then asked her, " how is this so if you can't even find my order"? Finally her response was that she had it on her end and rest assured I would indeed receive my refund. Please! If you ever shop online walmart, steer clear from any products of Letts place LLC. They will prepare the order, for weeks and before the delivery they will cancel your order without permission, leaving you waiting and stumped as to why you haven't received anything and more importantly so, where your money is.
I'm so frustrated with this company that I actually shed a tear. I ordered a mountain bike on September 22nd. It said to expect it to ship between October 16-21st.
So almost daily, I was checking to see if there was a tracking number, soo so excited. I gave away my bike to someone to clear space in my garage for it.
Each time I checked, the order said "in process". On October 15th, it said the order was cancelled. I called Walmart for help. The number they had for this company said "The Google subscriber is no longer in service."
I really had my hopes up for the perfect bike at the perfect price. Walmart suggested maybe the item ran out, but it'd be nice to get that information within a week, not almost an entire month later after all the perfect fall biking days were pretty much over. Very disappointing experience.
I've emailed them repeatedly, no response. If this is a real company, pleeeeeease contact me! I still want the bike that I bought.
I ordered a product from this "company" and the order was falsely canceled. It wasn't a big deal until I found out I wasn't refunded my money.
I tried contacting them though Walmart message and calling them directly but they didn't respond, and they also don't even have a website so they're probably a scam.
