never sent a dresser gave an invalid USPS Numebr now i have to wait 48 hours for a refund

Just like others I have received unsatisfactory customer service from this company. I had an order that was shipped and said delivered. Unfortunately I never received the item and my local post master verified it was delivered to the wrong address. The company did not care to take the refund process any further because the status said delivered. They outed me over $40 for an item I didn't receive and that they should have had insured through their business. Very dissatisfied and wish I would have read their reviews first. Hope Walmart removes them from their marketplace.

I ordered a 7ft tree on Dec. 8, 2020 because the listing said delivery no later than 12-16-20. The UPS label was created by the seller on 12/8/20 and shows as being shipped from Hebron KY. However, UPS has not received the package from the seller for shipping and has no available information. Attempts to contact Leesen Group, Inc. through Facebook messenger, email, and phone calls has gotten absolutely zero response from this company. At this point I am just out the sixty dollars with little to no recourse to get it back. My advice is do NOT do business with this company EVER. I don't even want to give them one star for a rating but I have to in order to post a review.

I ordered a chicken coop from Leesen and I got an adjustable dumbell....BIG difference between a chicken coop and a dumbell...I am never ordering from Walmart or anyone selling for them again!! Amazon has never fucked up any of my orders! My rating for Leesen is a -5

Scammers.they stole my money, don't buy from them,you will regret it.

I just ordered solar fake cameras from y'all from walmart.com I am not waiting a month for them. If I wanted to do that I would have ordered from China myself. Order# 4302070-015210. Sorry ass place. Says you can email them then I try and it keeps saying error.

Worst customer service and worst place to buy

I never received my order and I am unable to contact them. They stole my money. The email says that they will not charge my card until the item ships. The item never shipped. Seems like there should be something I can do legally. I imagine they must do this often. Maybe their way of scamming people and taking money.

These scammers took my fucking money! and i never recieved my kids cases!, i will take further actions! Then the fact that they have a false number makes the bs even worse

Very low quality of products!!!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have! I placed an order through Walmart for 4 microfiber shower towels. When I received them, I could immediately tell these were an overseas product. I was very unhappy with the quality of the product and the fact the instructions for use were all in Chinese! I tried to return them to Walmart and they said ‘Oh, these are from Walmart Marketplace and can’t be returned to the store.’ I was not happy at all...since when can you not return merchandise ordered online at Walmart.com to the store?? The clerk showed me the tinest print on my online receipt that you must contact Walmart marketplace via email. I have since done that to no avail. As the last reviewer said AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! What a scam!

I will no longer order from Walmart on line and I will tell all my friends as well.
