If I could leave zero stars I would. Leed Technology is awful! Ordered from them on December 17th, tracking number created and a paid order just sat there. I called Walmart to check on the status today. They said shipping was delayed because the item went out if stock. I should have been notified and refunded immediately after they knew this. This was a Christmas present. I guess the only present was my money to this unreliable company for the last couple of weeks. What a waste of time!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Been since June this year that I ordered grey hanging bamboo doorway beads and still have not received them and it is now December. Same thing happened with the “no-response” situation when you need to get in contact with the seller. I got one response after the first time I told them it was delayed. As soon as I mentioned a refund, they told me to “please be patient, we are waiting on the logistics.” I have no clue what that is supposed to mean. 3 more months go by and I send another message to get absolutely NO RESPONSE. My lesson was learned. $73 wasted and I’ll never get back on what I thought would be some decent handmade beads I could hang in my home, but in reality, more of a scam...no rates personally for this “business”. But sadly they make you give them at least one undeserved star. DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR RATES I guarantee those were made up and the rest of the people that have ordered from this website probably had the same problem I did. This place should be shut down!

I ordered the 10 pack Fitbit wristbands from your company ( through Walmart.com) and have not received them. I’ve called twice and did not get a reply. I went through Walmart.com and they could not get in contact with you. I wound up canceling my order. No customer service from you whatsoever.

Your company sent me a wrong shipment and I am trying very hard to return it. I sent two emails and called three times. No one takes calls at your location and no one responds to my emails. It’s a terrible customer service. I am surprised that Walmart does business with your company. I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charges as I cannot get any help from your company.

No response and no one picks up the phone. Item was ordered through walmart online store and did not delivered by them. When emailed they did not responded on time.
