bait and switch. buyer beware! they charged me for down pillows and only smelly synthetic pillows arrived. scam!!!

Bought 2 of the WynRest hotel quality pillows. They claim they are super comfortable????? They go completely flat after 2 hrs and they will not take them back, because they know that they sold you garbage pillows. Buyers beware.

After staying at The Mirage, I was looking for a place to buy the same pillows. I ordered pillows through Kings of Comfort and was shocked at the quality. They were so thin that it was like sleeping on paper and one was dirty. I had to pay $50 to return them. Once UPS showed proof of delivery, I had to contact the seller several times through email and phone before I got my refund, almost a week later. The product is terrible but the customer service is worse.

I have been trying get in touch with ANYONE..they sent me the wrong scent. Can see clearly on order form which I ordered and they sent me one of the three others they have. The one they did send I happen to know is the cheapest one Bvlgari sells....even though order form shows it..I sent photo of what they sent and no response...DO NOT ORDER From here

I ordered 2 pillows and after ordering saw on their website a special discount if you order 2 pillows. Within the hour I emailed their customer service asking if they would do a price adjustment. They refused. I then asked to cancel my order which they also refused.

Terrible customer service!

I received my 6 Bath and Body lotions. They are simply the tiny itty bitty lotions that hotels leave for their guests. I don't think it's really Bath and Body lotion because it's way too watery. The shipping was not good. One of the tubes had popped open during shipping and had smeared inside the padded shipping envelope, and another tube had a pierced cut in it which leaked lotion as well.
