Awful!!!!! Ordered an item April 9,2021 that cost over 300.00. The 14th came and the delivery email said the item will be delivered on the 14th. Item was delivered to "someone" in the same town as me. I still have not recieved my item it is the 16th. I emailed kind bottle llc. With all of my order information. I recieved one email back asking for my order # that I had already sent and I have not heard a thing back. I had to get a refund and order elsewhere. I was even able to get it cheaper from the manufacturer website. I would not order from kind bottle ever again!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!
This place is a joke , my order has been setting I Shelby township for a month , will not order anything from this company again, order now from Amazon !!!!!
Never received my order. Says it shipped March 17th. Never got it. No response from vendor after 2 emails.

the only 2 notifications i have been given is
1. order placed and shipped Feb 17 2021 at 925pm from Shelby Township MI
2. delivery march 22 2021 by the end of the day
WELL guess what it is 744pm eastern standard time where I am and NO DELIVERY
of my package... this is ridiculous..Even with the understanding of slow covid delay
and the fact that the state i live in isnt that far away, i feel there is no excuse for
this to have occurred and i also feel this maybe fraud...
I just want my package I paid for...hopefully theres a GOOD explanation...
