Seller does not respond. Ordered usb and hasnt arrived. 3 months late! Seller is a scammer!

I have having trouble connecting my Smart Wifi Plugs to my wifi and need someone to assist. I has been 3 days with no response.

Been waiting on usb for 2 months its still says delayed

They sent my item to wrong state!!! Then are refusing to respond back and if i dont get full refund by end of today I will never order from Wal-Mart or walk into one of there stores again based on reciews from this vender they should not be allowed on Wal-Mart site...i order weekly and with the way Wal-Mart has been packing my orders to point of loss and damaged items and now this I may just stick with amazon

They shipped a gaming laptop I ordered to the entirely wrong state? I was unable to contact them to resolve the issue, Walmart was also unable ... now awaiting resolution (likely refund from WalMart due to lack of communication/resolution by this 3rd party vendor) ... I do NOT recommend doing business with this seller.

Highly disappointed .... this ruined my entire holiday season !

I ordered 4 smart plugs in March 2019 and one of them has already stopped working. It will not connect to Bluetooth despite repeatedly trying to connect.

Would like to contact the company, but not sure how to do so. There is no contact information on the box.

Would like to retract my earlier review, I figured it out and they are great! Yay, I do not have to send them back!

I just received your mini smart plugs and cannot get them to work, in order to return them, you charge a 20% stocking fee and $6.00 to mail it back, which entitles me to almost nothing of a monetary return, rediculous!
