I received an item poorly wrapped and damaged. I repeatedly contacted this seller, but they never even replied. I finally contacted Walmart with a complaint time after time, since I ordered this item through them. Walmart always responded, but their response was always "we have forwarded this message to the seller.....". It has been over three months without any response from this seller. I give up -- they win! Do not purchase from this seller if you expect any after-sale support!
