Ordered a glass cover for a samsung TabA 10.4 and it came broken. I spoke with Anthony from JTPC and he is sending a replacement, but would not send an email confirming that. If I don't receive it I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

I ordered 2 ipad covers, but they don't fit my iPad. Got no answer from an email sent to them, and their phone number just rings with no message. I found on their website where I could cut with a rep. I told them the issue, and they sent me to a page to join a membership for $1 with a monthly fee over $40 in order to speak to someone to help me. No way was I going to do that. Bought it from Walmart, but their lines are busy. Will try that route next, but I may have to take the loss. Like the first reviewer, I wish I had read the reviews of this seller before I placed the order. Actually the one star rating is too high !!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 screen protectors for my samsung tab a and they didnt come close fo fitting. Have to pay to send them back, not worth it. Will never order from them again. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered a case for a Generation 1 iPad. The one you sent is too small. It cost more to send it back than it's worth. I guess I just got screwed but learned a lesson. Won't be ordering from you again.

Ordered a screen protector and as soon as I pick it up from the package it broke in my hand. Called to see about a return label and the gentleman was insisting I keep the second protector. I informed him I wanted to be fair and send both back. He became insistent on the issue and finally said he would put it back on my account. He never said anything about a return label, he just hung up on me.

do not believe I will be purchasing anything else from this company after being treated so rude.

So, then I have to leave a rating. I put a rating, had to put one even though I wanted to leave it empty.
