Ordered some refillable butane lighters. Tried to cancel the order, then the item got lost, then it showed up...No customer support, totally unreliable AND the S/H was almost as much as the product...won't order thru Walmart with JTI..

ordered something from this via Walmart, never again I have been trying to reach them since last week, wrong item was sent and they were suppose to issues a refund, not only that I paid $11 to have item arrive in 2days yet it was the wrong item. SMH People please be cautious and mindful when ordering online, the BBB just was speaking on issues and spam on the local news yesterday!!!

I ordered a product (Hair Clippers) and was delivered by May 11, 2020. I tried to use the product and it did not operate as expected so tried to return it 4 days later. On May 15, 2020, as I was trying to return the item, I was told by Walmart before even stepping up to the counter that this item could not be returned at that time due to COVID. I then waited another month and then tried again but lo and behold, I get told that they could not return and had to reach out to JTIDirect for a refund. I then sent them an e-mail to get a return and they told me that time passed and could not refund. How is that possible when Walmart could not return nor did they even tell me anything when I first went in. Very upset that JTIDirect did not want to do anything either so I get stuck with some clippers that do no good to me. Worst sell and company to buy from. NEVER AGAIN

my wife purchased some trimmers. they were not what she wanted. Walmart website said i could return in store. tried twice but they said no due to the virus. 6/10 they scanned it to do the return and said would have return to sender. sender says out side there return window. Walmart and seller have disappointed me greatly.

I received the product, but the product box was opened and the part was short, so I sent an email. I got a ridiculous answer that the part could not be overlooked because the manufacturer checked the product 100% inspection. You don't need to buy things form product sellers who believe the manufacturer says and can't hear from the customer. They take advantage of the Pandemic of COVID-19 to sell our products at a high price. Be careful.
