You sold me a electric nasal bulb and you turn around and sent me a manual one that is Miss advertisement I read the fine print and it specifically said USB connection electric nasal machine you charged me $8 for something I can get from the 99 cent store that's ridiculous I'm going to be letting Walmart know so that I am very upset and they should reconsider having y'all as a vendor false advertisement is absolutely wrong if it wasn't going to be what was in the description you should have never posted it online buyer beware

I received my niece's Christmas present it was lights for her bedroom. After 3 days they stopped working. They just wouldn't turn on anymore. Customer service responded to all of my emails in the beginning but they asked for pictures or a better description of what's wrong with it. I didn't have the lights to take the picture of so I gave a very detailed description of everything my sister had tried to get them to work. Different outlets, pressing and holding the blue button. No response until 2 months later they told me they were considering my case resolved.

Dont buy! Cheap as hell! Cut 1 nail then would cut no more. It just shredded as i tried to cut & freaked out my dog. The light is crap too. Bc my dog wasnt due for grooming when i received the clippers i exceeded the 30 day return window & they refused to refund so now i tell the world.

Ordered an MP3 player, it didn't work. I took it back to the Walmart. They shipped it (free) back to the company who is supposed to refund the money. I still don't have my refund.

I shouldve done more homework before purchase. my order was placed 3 weeks ago with no delivery nor updated data yet either. Called Walmart today but like everyone else, I will never order from them again, that includes Big Bad WALMART too as long as they accept clients like them! deserve 0 stars!

I wish I would have read the reviews. I have been waiting almost a month for a toy for my child's birthday. Her birthday came and went. I watched for a week on the tracking system say it is Delaware and should arrive in NJ, till eventually it said delayed. I only ordered from here because they are affiliated with Walmart. It's ridiculous and shame on you Walmart for allowing this company to do business with a well established name like yours.

They sent the wrong size mason jar lid. I can't use regular lids on wide mouth jars. My order info was correct they just sent the wrong item.

I purchased a guitar from this seller. It was suppose to arrive in two weeks. One week after purchasing I got an email letting me know that my package had been left in the mailbox. I thought surely it was a mistake because no guitar could fit in a mailbox. I get home and get the package. They sent me a paper snowman. I kid you not. I kept calling to get it resolved and they had no one in the states who could talk to me and everyone was so rude. I had to call walmart to get a refund. Don't buy from this vendor. Please.

Very poor quality merchandise. What is pictured online is not at all what you receive. Clothing is incorrectly sized,cheap,ragged-looks like secondhand. I hate that anyone would be waste their money with this distributer. Walmart should carefully consider doing business with this company. Shoddy work. Doesn't deserve a star at all, substandard but I can't submit without leaving at least 1 star. Not deserved.

I ordered a portable 6 in 6 screw cap opener from them. It was received on November30th it broke before the end of December. VERY LOW quality product. I went to Walmart to return this piece of crap and they stated the seller would not allow them to take it back. After writing an email with was supposed to be answered in 48 hours (now 4 days) I thought I should check the reviews. Walmart should not sell through this vendor................... I would give them a half star but you can't

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service that I experienced with Joybuy. I ordered a gaming mouse from them in very early December. It was to be a Christmas present for my grandson. I checked the tracking on the shipment several times. It did provide a delivery date, but then was delayed several times. The last time I checked, no further information was available, and no estimated delivery date. I reached out to Joybuy and they asked that I be patient due to shipping issues in the US. I waited another week with no further updates and no delivery. It was well past Christmas by now. I reached out again and asked them to send another mouse. They then indicated that they would not just send another, but they would cancel my order and refund my money - and I would have to reorder. They said that would be the quickest way to get the mouse. So, I looked at that. Now the price has increased by 40%. I contacted them again and said I would not reorder due to the increased cost and asking again if they would resend. They said no I would have to reorder. So, I asked again. Then they responded that they would talk to the department involved and try to refund the difference after I order, but they didn't think that would work. I will never do business with Joybuy again.
