Ordered an item through WalMart from this company on May 7th, which I still have not received. Tried to email the seller numerous time and of course they give you the run around. They reply without answering any of the question I have asked and word the email in a way that makes it sound like you are being scammed, using words that they think make them sound professional. They have an address listed in Irvine, Ca, obviously this is not where this item is coming from. Terrible. I have second thoughts about ordering from the WalMart, especially if they deal with these types of businesses. I'm taking the one star I left just so I can get this posted and giving a big fat O.

I really need the option for a negative 10 review rating. Shame on Walmart for hosting Joybuy Express. Their business practices are slimy and fraudulent.I have never encountered such shoddy customer service.

In March, I ordered 12 spring wreaths, for my church. Delivery by Easter was promised. It was not fulfilled as indicated. I tried to cancel the order but was told it was not possible because the items were "in transit". I was originally told the order was to be delivered by DHL. When contacted, DHL could not assist. Then I was told that I needed to contact my local Post Office to make arrangements for delivery, as the order was too large to be delivered on the regular route. The post office had no packages and the tracking number provided was not valid. There was more of the same over the next two months. To date, I have received 3 of the 12, none of which we could use. The 3 received were very poorly packaged. I didn't open the packages, wrote "refused" on the outside and took them to the Post Office. Still no refund for all. One of the packages I refused showed up at my door AGAIN!. There is no way to speak to Joybuy. You must leave a voicemail or email them. They do respond, although the English is very poor and they seem to have trouble comprehending my email requests. Here I am nearly two months after placing the order, and still no resolution. We have exchanged 15+ emails. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I have ordered same item twice. First time never came tracking said delayed for weeks canceled order. I then re-ordered same thing says shipped but delayed for ever. Why do they sell on Walmart. Never ever ordering from them!!!!!!!

ordered a digital clock, and it came without instructions how to set it. Very hard to try and figure this out. I would never buy from this company again. I do not understand why a company like Walmart would have dealings with them.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a mirror from Walmart.com. It came through a third party (this company). It was broke. I thought I had 90 days to return it, as that is Walmarts policy. Went to return it at Walmart and they wouldn’t do a return. They told me I had to contact the 3rd party to return. This company has a 30 day policy. I was 6 days to late. After reading all the reviews, and my experience, if Joybuy Express shows up when you order something , run the other way.

I joined everyone in saying stay away from Joybuy Express. I ordered a sink faucet mat from them via Wal-Mart and only received one. Wal-Mart send me an email that I was supposed to hear from them in 48 hours -- that was on Feb 24, 2022. Guess I'm lucky that I at least got 1 of 2. Wal-Mart definitely needs to drop them. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Purchased an HDMI to VGA computer monitor cable through WalMart in Oct. 2021. It did not work at all. Contacted WalMart, they said they cannot accept returns from this company (Joy Buy). Contacted Joy Buy, got no response. Contacted them again and only received an e-mail of how the item was performing. I answered back it does not work at all! To this date have not received any response from them at all. Do not buy anything from Joy Buy. They will not even respond to a defective item, let alone offer any kind of refund or replacement.

I believe this company is a complete scam.

My review could be copied from all of the reviews already given and only wish there was no star. A $10.00 item has been to 6 different cities en route to me. USPS said the label was misaddressed. They typed in the wrong zip code. 5 day shipping turned into 3 weeks and still counting. I order from Walmart and have items shipped all the time. Their process is automated and the vendor obviously cannot read, write or understand the English language. I still believe I will receive my order as after talking to USPS the label was caught and corrected. 48 hours may make a difference and I will have it but time will tell. I am glad it was something I wanted not needed.

I order one grinder. It cost about $219.00 When I got my order in two different shipping boxes in different days, some parts are missing. And no manual!!! I purchased it for my business. When I call that third party, someone said it’s wrong number and hung up. I called Walmart and complain about it. Now I have to wait for another shipping for remaining parts for more 7-10 days. What to do with my valuable customers who are waiting for my supplies?????

It seems that my story is rather common among people who bought from Walmart, thinking oh so wrongly that if it was bought through Walmart, it would be honored as a legitimate purchase. I will NEVER AGAIN order anything from Walmart. I received a notice that the item was delivered. Of course, it was nowhere to be found. I contacted Walmart but received a response from this Chinese company that made me out to be a liar and told me to check with my local post office! With Trump's goon LouisDeJoy, USPS has become notoriously unreliable, so the fact that merchandise was sent via USPS explains why I never received it. From now on, if I buy anything from Walmart, I will go into the store myself and buy an item that I can see, hold, and examine before making a purchase. That way, I don't have to be a victim of some fly-by-night fraud company that chooses the worst possible means of shipping merchandise and don't have to endure insults from the fraudster who tries to make me out to be a liar when the basis of the fraudster's operation is a lie. I never forget and I never forgive!

Be very careful when ordering from WalMart.com. If your order is shipped by a third party vendor, such as Joybuy Express and there is a problem, WalMart will do nothing to correct the problem. I have ordered many times from the WalMart website, but will no longer. I am shocked that WalMart will sell an item, collect money for the items and will not provide support for returns or refunds when their vendor drops the ball.

I ordered an item from Walmart for my son. However, it ended up coming from this other company that I had never heard of instead. First, the shipment was delayed, and then parts of the kit were missing. I am disappointed on several levels, not the least of which is that this was a birthday gift for him...
