DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOYBUY OR WALMART!!! I ordered 8 Papaba Eye-Catching placemats from JoyBuy via Walmart.com. Order received, all 8 in one package. Each placemat was scrunched up into a small rounded mass, the size of a tennis ball, all 8 barely fitting in the ready-to-burst undersized plastic bag mailer. The mats were too small for my place setting so I returned all 8 of them in one package via FedEx (label arranged by seller) within the required time frame. JoyBuy refunded me for the cost of only one placemat ($8.01). I have submitted questions to the seller re to the order refund 4x since. No response. Walmart retail will not intervene. I called Walmart.com multiple times (support apparently based in India), each time they state that the issue has to be escalated to manual processing and I will hear back within a week. Never any response or the remaining credit I am due ($56.13). Lastly, I tried disputing the charge with Citi, but because JoyBuy and Walmart dragged this on with no response despite my repeated attempts, Citi says due to the age of the transaction, they cannot support the dispute. Screw them all. JoyBuy.....karma is long due, Walmart lost me as a customer, and I will be cancelling my Citi card. They have chosen not to support my valid refund claim and therefore, they don't deserve my money or time. If I could rate a minus rating, I would.

I typically never review an item or company unless an extraordinary reason compels me to warn or praise them. JOYBUY, to me, and so many others I've read on this site, warrants my highest WARNING! I ordered a tire inflator and 11 days later received a little girls change purse that even a dollar store wouldn't sell. Twice in the past 15 days I have contacted Joybuy thru Walmart with ZERO RESPONSE. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! I can't believe that Walmart associates their business with this company. Someone must be getting a great bonus or kickback!

Do not by from this company! I ordered a 2TB flash drive but received a 32 GB flash drive instead. They hacked the 32 GB drive to make it appear on the computer's disk management that it was 2TB. I realized this after transferring over documents and then an error occurred once I hit the 32 GB capacity. Did a diagnostic to figure what was happening and revealed the true flash drive size. I was going to refund it, but Walmart wanted the item back. Even securely erasing the data from the drive, I do not trust Joybuy with it. So, I refused to return it. Walmart has had its fair share of problems over the years within their "own house" they do not need to associate with scammers and criminals.

Have ordered many things from Walmart website with no problems so I trusted this order would be the same. NOT TRUE! Ordered three identical sets of Christmas lights on 12/1. Supposed to be delivered by the 13th. Heard nothing until I got both a text and email that my package had been delivered. Went to check and nothing there. Called Walmart to inform them. They said they would check into it in meantime told to check with neighbors and to wait a couple extra days to see if it showed up. Didn't show up so called Walmart and told that they could refund me for two of the three items ordered and the give me a couple/promo code for third item. Refused and told them I wanted a REFUND for all three. Had to wait on hold for about ten minutes but finally found someone who took care of it for me. It's obvious that my situation is not a one-off with this company. Walmart needs to stop their association with this company because they are bad for business!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered something on November the 3rd and on November the 7th. Both these orders were cancelled without explanation. When I relieved the orders were cancelled, I went back in and reordered the same product on November 24th. I watched the order very close this time. Shipping label was printed one week after the order was place. Order was sent to shipping facility four days later but, the package never left the facility. When I contacted Walmart they informed me that Joybuy was a third-party supplier. Walmart contacted them and got back to me saying Joybuy would contact me within 48 hours. They did contact me but wouldn't put a rush on my order (they were Christmas presents and I had ordered the first time the first part of November). They said I could reorder. It would take too long for them to reissue the order. Well I did not reorder, the price had increased, and I wasn't trusting their reliablity. They were unwilling to help after they messed up twice. I would give them 0 stars if that was a possibility.

I will never again order anything that comes from this company. Delivery was on time but not what I ordered. I was lucky, I got a refund. To bad they don't have minus stars. they don't even rate a 1.

This customer service is not responding even after emailing my that I could apply for a refunded.

It is difficult to return an item that was never received as the item was lost in transit. I was emailed by your company that I could apply for a refund. However, your company has thus far not refunded my money or shipped me the product.

They never shipped the 4 dress covers I paid for. Then I had to go through the headache of dealing with Walmart.com customer service. It took them 5 days before they received approval to refund my money and then they only refunded one item.

Do not order from this company. They advertised a rocker and ottoman on the Walmart website. I unknowingly ordered this item priced at $97.00 with a regular price of $249.00 from the Walmart website. Picture looked great. Walmart sent me tracking information, and when I received an alert that the package was delivered, I immediately went outside to bring the package into the house. It was no where to be found. Later learned, after reading other reviews about Joy Buy America, that this is a common scam they pull. They never delivered the item. We have cameras as proof that no delivery was ever made. Then Joy Buy America claimed it was delivered to the wrong address, but never offered to send out a replacement or even try to find out where it was delivered. This company needs to seriously be pulled from the Walmart website, or Walmart needs to be held accountable for the companies that they allow to sell on their website. Would give them '0' stars if that was even an option.

Same experience as many others. Ordered a glider rocker through Joy by America from the Walmart.com website. Received notification that the item was marked as delivered. I immediately went outside to bring the item into my house, only to find that nothing was delivered. These folks are dragging down Walmart, and my faith in ordering on line. Never received my order after several attempts to contact the company. I hope someone shuts this company down. Very disappointing!

all my 3 mop heads did not have the plastic twist to attach it to the mop. both ends only had zip ties. in the picture description it shows that these mop heads come with the plastic dark gray dial to attach it to the mop. They offered me a THIRTY percent refund when i asked only for the replacement heads. I said no thank you, I'd just like them to send ones with the dark plastic twist. They then gave me only a 50% refund. If i could rate 0 out of 5 i would in a heartbeat.

I wish that i could leave a zero star. Bought a tripod and the remote doesn't work! I have tried multiple times, sending mails and calling for a replacement but no feedback from them or Walmart. Very terrible customer service.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Ordered an item and it looked NOTHING like the photo. Looks like a five-year painted it. Absolutely horrible!
