I have to write a nother review and let you all know I DID receive my package. I did not receive it on the Day FedEx was SUPPOSED to have deliver it which was August 31st 2021. I received my package I received it on September 2nd. And the seller did send me a message back along with a picture. It's funny I ordered my merchandise through Walmart and lld limited but it came in on Amazon prime box. Now I pay $12.99 monthly to be a Amazon prime member for free shipping. And every time Amazon prime come they take a picture and send me a notification I did not receive one. So I don't know where this product actually comes from but I'm just happy that I got it for my event this weekend. Thank you, LLD LIMITED LLC. SINCERELY YOURS, MELODY BOOKER ❤️

I really wish I could give them 0 star's. They don't even deserve one. Please, stay away from this supposed to be business. They want respond to your email or Walmart. Rip you off and don't want to give you a refund. I have to go through the Bank to get my Money Back. The phone number is No Good and the ADDRESS is a Beautiful house in Miami Florida. They should be ashamed of themselves but they will truly reap what they sow

OMG, wish i had seen this site and the complaints. The same exact thing happened to me as others... got notified that FEDEX delivered the package and actually had someone sign for it. No idea who the name of the person was that signed for it and NO PACKAGE! Contacted FEDEX about the delivery, they checked the tracking number and verified that the number I was given (And Walmart.com was given) was not for my address. They could not confirm any other details of the package due to privacy issues. I just contacted Walmart.com, who contacted the seller, who is suppose to figure out what happened to the package. From all the same complaints here with no resolution, I can see that it will not be resolved by seller and Walmart.com really can't due much else. Recourse would be with the credit card company. I will never order from a third party seller from Walmart.com again. I'd leave a minus 100 if I could.

This company is a friggin joke. Never got my order and of course got email from FedEx saying it got delivered which is a bunch of crap. Very livid . Will never use again. I would rate this a -10 in my opinion

Horrible. I ordered 5 cases of book boxes, with 6 in each case. In the first delivery I received two cases. After contacting Walmart, they tried to put me in touch with this company but I never heard from them within 72 hours. I contacted Walmart again and they said the sender had my signature authorizing the package had been delivered, which was untrue. I then was told to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Well now a week later I just received another set of book boxes from them. So now I have received 3/5 from my original order. I wish I didn’t have to give any stars for this review. Horrible customer service!

Same basic problem: I ordered and paid several days ago. Heard NOTHING about shipment until an e-mail this morning saying that my package was delivered at 5:04 PM yesterday via FedEx. They gave me a FedEx tracking #. The package was absolutely NOT delivered to me, nor did any neighbor receive it. I called FedEx and gave them the tracking # which had been supplied by Walmart. FedEx confirmed that a) no packages were delivered to my address by them yesterday, and b) the tracking # I was given by the seller via Walmart was from a package which was sent to someone else at a totally different address -- but in my same zip code. (FedEx wouldn't tell me the delivery name or address for the tracking # I'd been given, citing privacy concerns.) Oh... Did I try to contact the seller directly? Yup. I called Walmart, and they gave me a contact phone # for the seller: 657-999-6776. (I read it back to the Walmart customer service person, and know that it's the correct # that they supplied to me.) I dialed the #, and reached a recorded message saying: "The number you called is not in service at this time. Thank you for calling."

So frustrating, and maddening... I'll think long and hard before buying from any Walmart-affiliated supplier again.

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered an item that they reported was delivered to me. It wasn't. I contacted Walmart who, in turn contacted JJD for a replacement. JJD sent Walmart an email stating I had decided I no longer wanted the item which was a total lie. I contacted Walmart again, who contacted JJD to send my item. JJD then sent me an email stating it was no longer in stock. So to recap, I was charged for an item I never received. Lied on saying I cancelled the order and they were going to "help me" by issuing a refund. Then lied to again. This company has terrible ethics.

I ordered a Frozen bed set as a gift for our granddaughter on 6/5/21, with delivery to be made BY 6/15/21. Tracking showed the item was delivered on 6/9/21. It was not delivered! I received an email on 6/11/21 indicating the pkg. had been delivered. Again, it was not delivered! We have a Ring doorbell and no delivery or any suspicious activity was recorded in this time frame. I spoke with Walmart Customer Service on 6/15/21, and was told they would contact seller regarding a REPLACEMENT for the lost package. USPS was contacted on 6/16/21 and was informed that the tracking number provided was not for my package and was a completely different recipient & address. I was then told by JJD that the product was no longer available, but I've been into the site several times since then, and it continually says "Only 5 in stock!", BUT, the price is $113.97 vs. the original purchase price of $43.58! It is my belief that the item was never sent and their hope was that I would be desperate enough to pay the higher price. These shysters are a bunch of crooks!!! I will NEVER purchase from this seller, again!

Hello, I'm sorry but I have to agree with the frustrations expressed so well by all of the others reviewing JJD Limited Corp. I also ordered an item that was marked delivered on June 21, 2021 but it has not arrived at my mailbox at USPS nor has it been delivered to my house. I will read reviews about sellers in the future before ordering from Walmart.

Cannot believe that Walmart continues to use this “seller” . I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Similar story of package missing!?! Tracking said delivered. It wasn’t. Per Postmaster there was a package with same tracking number delivered to another address in same small town. My order was a tricycle. Tracking number was for a small package. Postmaster said he has seen this happen before. After reading other’s experiences it is an obvious scam. Buyer’s and Walmart beware!!

I received the order from Amazon after ordering it on Walmart.com. A week later I receive a notification that it was shipping out through Fedex but never received that delivery. I'm not sure how they were able to do that. Something isn't right with this seller.

I bought FIVE BOXES ** of Zayor magnetic Tile Blocks for 12 dollars each, but he sent a piece of paper (confirmed weight with fedex) with another name and address then acted like he sent my 5 packs but they were lost in transit. He refunded me, but re posted them for 40.00 more. I tried to complain to Walmart they didn't do anything either.

I ordered headsets off of Walmart for my whole family. I received an email stating that my package had arrived but it never did. I printed my order from Walmart, the email I received, and the Walmart page that even showed my order was delivered as well as my subscription to USPS, which I receive daily emails when I have any mail or packages delivered and it showed 0 on packages. I took all that to the USPS and there they printed off a page showing the package delivered to a different address with a different name and different weight. They even pulled up the photo of the delivered package and it had the same tracking number as what I was given. When notifying the company JJD Limited they sent an email stating that the package was damaged during shipment, which of course is a lie. They got caught trying to scam and had to make up some bold lie. Anyways this company needs to be held responsible for their actions and stop trying to scam people so PLEASE be careful and pay attention to when you order from Walmart online.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I placed an order and they took a tracking number from Amazon within my same town and showed it as delivered. Upon contacting UPS, they gave me the address listed on the Amazon package. Same tracking number as I was given was on their box. DO NOT BUY! You will not receive your item, however, they will receive payment and Walmart will have to refund your money to you!!!

Ordered a bowl from them through Walmart and got a fed ex delivery notification that it was delivered but it wasn’t. Contacted Walmart and they contacted JJD. The next day I received a bowl with paperwork saying it was purchased through Amazon (which it wasn’t) and the bowl was the wrong one! Contacted Walmart again and they said I need to box it up and send it back to JJD. JJD indicated that they won’t send the correct one until they receive this wrong one back. So now I have to return to them and will I get bowl I ordered in January? Who knows!!! Not if they send it via Fed EX!!! Buyers beware.
