I ordered six of these candles through Walmart last summer. Four of them worked and two didn't. With the pandemic going on I didn't do anything at the time. But now here it is springtime and now only three of the six work. I would love to have the three replaced, but I imagine I've lost my opportunity for that to happen. These candles are not cheap and I would hope that they would work for at least one season.
I ordered candles on January 8th & still have not received them. The last thing showing in shipping details is they arrived at a USPS facility in Cleveland Ohio on January 12th. It says Delayed. If there is a problem I should have been notified. I will keep in mind to not order from this company again.
