Ordered a mirror and shows shipped never received. They were going to reship on August 14th never received and now since I asked again about the shipment they are going to cancel order. 09-11-19. Seems to be bad business here.
SCAM! Do not do business with this FAKE COMPANY. They've NEVER FILLED AN ORDER EVER. They are offering non existent items at a very inexpensive price, so that they can get your business. But in actuality they are taking your money and then printing a shipping label with the intent of never sending the order. I wanna know how the crap is the company still allowed to do this?
If I could rate them a zero I would. I ordered from them and my product never showed up. The tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to them they said they would send another one right away. That never happened. I emailed again and they said they would cancel my order. However, the money was already out of my account. I emailed again letting them know I needed to refunded. They said they would. It has been a month and I have no product and they still have my $85. It’s been by far the worst customer service I have ever received.
Buyer beware... Same experience as others, I received an invalid tracking number, then a canned response twice in a row expressing surprise that I did not receive the item with an offer to ship right away... which never happened. When I noted my intent to cancel my order, the seller said they took care of it... but of course did not. Be sure to contact Walmart directly (800-966-6546) to get a refund!
This is the worst vendor, they take orders and don’t fill.
Customers are left waiting without any product fulfillment.

Wish I could leave a ZERO!! I have a business and needed 15 rolls of ribbon which I ordered 3 weeks ago. Need tomorrow and it's still not here. It has said "just shipped" everyday now! I had to reorder almost 150.00 from Amazon, 2 days ago, and it will be delivered today. I have called this place, emailed, nothing, no answer. I thought I was ordering from Walmart, which is always fast. Never will I ever order anything from this company again!!
Buyer beware, this company appears to be conducting a scam, ordered item on 9/12 and was advised it would be delivered on 9/22, they even provided a USPS tracking number, when I entered the USPS tracking number on the USPS site it advised that it was NOT A USPS TRACKING number... contacted Walmart customer service (via email) to let them know that the USPS tracking number was bogus and was advised to wait until the listed arrival date and if the item had not arrived they would assist with providing a refund.. as of 8/23 the item had not arrived, I contacted Walmart customer support (via email) again and received and email apologizing and saying that as the item was sold through a third party I had to take it up with the third party for a refund.. I had already contacted JHM Hobbies (on 8/19 about the tracking number) and had receive a one line response saying will send another item.... I have now just got off the phone (1-800-966-6546) with Walmart customer service and advised them of the situation and the fact that Walmart had debited my account for the cost of the item they were responsible for the refund... I have now received a full refund, I also advised them that they should delete this company as a vendor as I had read that multiple people had the same problem of items being paid for and not delivered...
Wish I could give less than 1 star!!! I ordered 15 rolls of wide ribbon that I needed for a wedding shower. Ordered more than 2 weeks before I needed them. Still not here. I had to reorder from Amazon, and would have ordered from Amazon at first if I realized they had it!!! I ordered from Walmart but JHM hobbies is the seller. If I had seen that I would not have ordered. I cannot get an answer from them. I will be returning the ribbon if it ever comes. Never again. What very poor customer service!!
Never even shipped
Ordered hair straightener on 7/9/19.Was to be delivered 7/12/19.Checked on several times and said delayed.Sent multiple e mails to JHM Hobbies.Got the runaround and finally quit responding.Called Wal-Mart on 8/9 at 1-800-966-6546 with complaint of no product,quit responding and no refund from JHM Hobbies.Wal Mart has refunded money.So if if you have the same problems with this company call Wal Mart and let them deal with JHM Hobbies.Save yourself a lot of trouble.Will never use this company again.Gave one star because would not let me give zero.
I bought online from the walmart website a Revlon Air and Voluminizer Brush in July 9th for my mom, said it was going to be delivered by July 19th, we are in August, and nothing. The information was never updated, sent them a message directly to check status, they offered me to re send a new Brush, to this day, they haven't send a new item, and they haven't replied to my messages for a refund either. JHB Hobbies stole my money. They scammed me!
WORST SELLER EVER! ORDERED A 50TH ANNIVERSARY GUEST BOOK FOR MY PARENTS ANNIVERSARY PARTY WITH GUARANTEED DELIVERY. IT NEVER CAME. SELLER FINALLY RESPONDED ON THE 2ND OR 3RD EMAIL STATING "SORRY, BUT IT IS ON IT'S WAY", BUT WOULD REFUND DUE TO IT MISSING THE GUARANTEED DELIVERY AND EVENT. OBVIOUSLY BOTH WERE LIES, AS IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH PAST THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE AND STILL NO PACKAGE OR REFUND. VENDOR LIED AS EVEN ON WALMART.COM, IT SHOWS SHIPMENT DELAYED, INDICATING THAT SELLER DID NOT EVEN CHECK THAT IT WAS ON IT'S WAY AS THEY STATED AND LIED ABOUT A REFUND AS WELL. HAVE HAD TO CONTACT WALMART.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TRY AND GET MY REFUND. IF I COULD, I WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!

I believe when someone doesn't comply w/ their responsibilities should go away . That's what happens here: I ordered one of your products twice (because I never received the first order) and even though I am still waiting for it......If you can't be responsible for your products don't get them to the stores to be sold because you CAN'T DELIVER THEM......

Don't order from this seller. Never received 6 pkg. of ribbon, out money more than $50.. They just give you a run around that your package is coming. Walmart should not be doing business with this company. Very sad since I order a lot from Walmart.com. Now I have to think twice about what and how I order from them. Just a shame.
Waited to receive my item marked as shipped with tracking. The item never made it to the PO. The delivery date passed and after several attempts to contact them they finally responded by email. They never returned any of my phone messages. Said they would track the progress of my order to be sure I received it. Another 2 weeks went by and still nothing. Sent them another message which went unanswered for several days. Contacted Walmart for a refund. Walmart was gracious to refund my money without question. Three days later JHM finally emailed me regarding my order. Asked if I wanted to reorder the item. I didn't feel their email warranted a reply only to waste my time further. I'm done with them. Their company seriously lacks customer service and integrity. They only marked my item shipped to take my money. Nothing ever shipped. My advice is to shop elsewhere and avoid the headaches.
Walmart should get rid of JHM Hobbies. Placed order 4/21 never received item & as of today 5/31/19 still waiting for refund.

Purchased wired bows never received it also the tracking number was invalid smh tried calling only google answered never purchase from this seller they are not a good business I would give no stars if possible horrible experience
I ordered an item on 4/25/19. It is now 5/7/19 and I still do not have the item. In addition, the USPS Tracking Number is not correct. Tried and tried to call these morons and I get a recording from Google. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHYING FROM THIS BUNCH.
Worse customer service. Waited and waited for ribbon. Same excuse for a month. Finally paypal refunded money. Would never buy from this company again. 1 star cause i had to do a rating
