Ordered a simple cord. After 3 weeks of waiting for the cord - nada. No movement, no response to emails, no response to phone calls. Lots of trouble to even attempt to get a refund. It was the worst experience ever when you need your cord to charge a laptop you use to work from home. Three weeks. No Reply. No Answer.
