I don't see how they stay in business with all these bad reviews. I also never received my product. The tracking said it was delivered and receptionist signed for it. There's no receptionist at my house. When I wrote and complained multiple times all they said was ok. Walmart made it right. Thank God! But I would give Invo Traders 0 stars. They don't deserve a 1 star. Hopefully they are out of business!! They certainly don't deserve anybody's business!!

Never got my order or money back and won't answer none of my emails

Pitiful. Not sure if I can go zero stars. Fortunately, Walmart will male things right, but Invo Traders LLC did everything stated by others: non-delivery, supposedly delivered, UPS has different shipping address and name, real pain in the neck. Had to put "one star" to submit review.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Terrible! Same issue as everyone above! Scammers. Never received my Keurig even though it said delivered. Checked with FedEx and the tracking number I received had a different name and address. The proof of delivery pic was not my doorstep. So disappointed!!!

Ordered a Keurig off Walmart. UPS marked as delivered. Never received item. Walmart contacted INVO Traders they relpied back OK.......SCAM BEWARE

Never buy from this company. As you can see from many reviews, they never deliver the products that were purchased. Their communication about undelivered products is horrible and their emails make no sense. They are a total scam and will be removed from WalMart marketplace.

Just like all the other bad reviews same scenario. It said the package was delivered though Fed ex but I never received it. Contacted Walmart and told them about all the bad reviews for this company. They said they would put in a complaint about them. Walmart did refund my money and were very helpful. No more ordering from a 3rd party seller.

Ordered laundry pods from them. Got tracking and it was delivered to a completely different state. Requested a replacement and still have received nothing. Tryin to get my money back now.

Never received Clorox Bleach Foamer. They said it was delivered. It was NOT! Buyer beware!

Exact story as above. Message from Walmart says item delivered but not. FedEx shows delivery to an office/receptionist? Been through customer service chat, still not resolved. Ridiculous. Pass on invo traders llc and Walmart for using this company. Back to Amazon

Same thing happened to me ordered from them . Item never showed up . Then it says delivered. When trying to file a claim the address doesn’t match anything . Fake fake fake

Never received item. Fed-ex shows delivery picture was to different address than my own.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I also never received my product and FedEx tracking number was not for my address. Also their rude response to my emails never said anything more than “ok” even when I asked for respect and an answer to where my replacement product was. Don’t order anything from Walmart if they are the seller. Very bad company.

Coffee maker bought from the company never arrived, though they claimed it was delivered. It took a week to get a refund, and only after multiple chats and a phone cal w/walmart. It's an illicit company, stay away.
