Don’t buy from this Company, I purchased 3 items and only received one. When I went to their website it stated that all 3 items were received and all 3 items were delivered in separate boxes with the same picture of the 1 box that I did receive. How can you ship me 3 different items with the exact same tracking number. RIDICULOUS!!! When I tried to contact them it’s nonexistent, no one responds through email. You can’t call no one. Thus is my first time and last time purchasing from them.

The worst customer service. I purchased 3 sets of dining room chairs through Walmart. I was renovating so I didn’t use the chairs right away. So when I put them together one of the chair legs was defective. I contacted Walmart who told me to contact Inspired Home. I just wanted a replacement leg. But to no avail. After leaving repeated voice mails, I finally spoke to a representative who told me there was nothing they could do. I spent $1500 with this company and could not get a replacement leg for their inferior quality defective product. Shame on you and Walmart for passing the buck. This company is the worst!

This company is atrocious. Received damaged order with no customer service resolution or recourse. Impossible to speak w/anyone. No one returns your call. Now I own a sideboard that I will need to try and fix to be presentable. I cannot even give this company the lowest star on this page. They deserve a ZERO!

This is a company willing to suffer this review and a BBB complaint for $20. Buyer beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ON GROUPON TOTAL SCAM. I purchased dining chair by accident since my card in information was saved on my account when I received a shipping notification I cancel the order and this people and Groupon refused to give me back my money I have to contact my bank. STAY AWAY

I bought an inspired home rin velvet club chair. When it was delivered the box was left on a pallet in my driveway. It would’ve made sense to take the pallet away since the box wasn’t secured to the pallet. I paid for a chair. NOT TRASH

This company is awful -- DO NOT purchase anything from them. I bought 2 pieces of furniture and *both* came damaged. I've sent multiple emails and tried calling several times for almost 2 weeks with no resolution to my issue, emails aren't returned and Inspired Home doesn't even answer their customer service phone! Which isn't even listed on their website by the way. What does that tell you? I've even gone onto their Facebook page to try and get a response that way.... crickets. This company is a scam and I'm really bummed I got high jacked. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos of their furniture, they'll ship you junk!

Company cannot be trusted. I purchased a vanity chair from the company and it came in damaged. I mailed it back and no credit was ever received. I would not do business with this company.

This company is a nightmare! They sell over priced cheap products through Walmart and make the customer pay shipping to return it. I requested 3 separate times to get contact info for a dispute and was completely ignored. Instead, I had to pay over $50 in shipping to return a $95 product. "Unfortunately we are not able to refund more than the value of item. Kind Regards, Michelle Customer Service On Wednesday, April 10, 2019". So I paid $50 for nothing! I will be taking more action. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU'RE GOING TO BE 100% HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
