they would notify me in 48 hrs. Now its been 1 week later and I haven't heard from them.

I recently ordered 2 Furhaven Pet Dog Bed Cover - Quilted Traditional Sofa-Style Living Room Couch Pet Bed Replacement Cover for Dogs-Jumbo. I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I received Furhaven Pet Dog Bed Cover - Ultra Plush Faux Fur and Suede Traditional Sofa-Style Living Room Couch Pet Bed Replacement Cover, these particular covers do not hold up well with my dogs and is the reason I ordered the quilted covers instead. I will be returning these covers to your company and look else where for the covers.
