I got double charged for a $8.44 bottle of Dawn Dish Soap. Got charged $18.54. Having trouble getting refund.
I bought a Foam Pro Color Tester Roller Kit Pack of 24 and they sent me one. Not one pack of 24, just one. Now I'm having to go through the hassle of going to Walmart, waiting in line at customer service; then they in turn ship it back to these idiots who are supposed to give me a return on my credit card. That's a ten day wait. We'll see if that ever happens.
Product I ordered was supposed to be received on November 11th - still not received as of November 14th. Tracking has not been updated since November 10th and shows the package in Kansas, I am in NC. Contacted the seller twice with regards to a refund. Their representative was less than helpful. First response was, it will arrive on November 18th. When I stated that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund, I was told the would not refund because it had already shipped. Had to go directly through Walmart to get my refund. Don't buy from this company!! Would give a negative star rating if I could!
