Scam. Run don't walk away

Unbelievable joke! I didn't even know I was buying from this company. I went to Walmart.com and got a receipt from Walmart. No one told me I was buying from a reseller. I got a blow up paddle board that didn't hold air! No one will take responsibility for it!

This company is a joke. I ordered a automatic pool vacuum, it worked 2 times. I am now trying to get my money back. Cant get in touch with anyone from the company . Also, Walmart Marketplace is no help at this point. I've disputed the charge with my CC company. So, we shall see. Buyer beware!

I ordered a Trampoline on Saturday with an estimated arrival to be no later than Thursday Evening.

Monday Evening FedEx was sent Shipping Details, but not the product.

It is now Thursday evening, the day it was to arrive and FedEx still does not have the item with the exact same indication of "Shipping Details Received".

I tried to contact the Seller on Wednesday, but the automated response said they had 48 hours to reply. This should mean Friday, but by the way this looks and feels I doubt I will receive a response until next week if at all.

I tried to contact Walmart to see if they could get to the bottom of this, but receive the response of "There is nothing we can do once the item has shipped. We have contacted the Seller on your behalf. They have 48 hours to reply." What a joke, they never shipped the product they just played the system by sending a shipping label... What a scam. This was a Birthday Present for my 10yr old Son and I wanted to get put up while my two grandchildren were staying with us for the week... Not going to happen now.

Buyer beware!!! Nothing Shipped after 5 days and no urgency to respond which leads me to believe that there is something shady going on... Save yourself the anguish and purchase from a diffrent provider/seller.
