I ordered the 24 in. hairnets. I received the hairnets but they are not 24 in. Way too small!!!!!

Please, a word of caution to anyone that want to purchase a product from these people, I am still waiting for my product. Walmart if you are monitoring this site, I want my money back. Like the others before me I would rate this negative stars but that is not possible.
Complete crap. Tried to cancel my order but they ignored it and shipped it anyway. Tiny, crappy, nowhere worth the $20 I spent on them. Complete garbage product sold by garbage people.
Why couldn’t I have seen these reviews before I got scammed out of money! I’m a nurse and ordered a pair of medical googles to care for covid patients and just like everyone else they took my money and posted a fake usps tracking number. Seriously Walmart get rid of this seller. Will not be purchasing anything from Walmart.com again!
So I have been ordering from Walmart since the end of February beginning of March various medical supplies to donate to hospitals and to the medics and officers I work with. I ordered the hair covers (bouffants) for the doctors and nurses through this company through Walmart and I’m getting the runaround and nobody’s answering me that Walmart not this company just stuck in limbo they were ordered like over a month ago and as of March 30 they’re delayed end it is April 16 but if I look in my email it says delivered so I’m about to get my lawyer involved in this fraudulent company. I would give it ZERO STARS!!!!!

I ordered an item for my 90 year old father. It was supposed to be shipped. Then it says, "DELAYED." I cannot reach the seller. I emailed Walmart and they reply the same way...We've contacted Imogen Medical Parts on your behalf. Someone from their team will contact you with in 1 business day. Nothing ever comes. They took our money and have delivered nothing. Disgraceful!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM IMOGEN. I am dealing with WalMart now as I have not received order and cannot get a response from seller. Most likely a scam, I will not be shopping on WalMart.com until they remove sellers like this.
I ordered items from Walmart that were the incorrect items and reached out to Imogen medical twice. I never recd a response and will be certain that any items I order will never be from this company. They suck! I would give negative stars if I could.
Feb. 2020 ordered 2 rollators. Said they were shipped, took money from bank account. Gave a USPS shipping number checked it they items never made it to USPS. I thought these items were from Walmart. I am still in process of getting refund from Walmart. Walmart stop your connection with this scam company. T
Buyer , beware, this companies phone number on Walmarts site is no longer connected to the company. Ordered a Rollator, said it was shipped, USPS said it was not picked. Company never responded. Stay Away.
Very disappointed in Imogen Medical response. Wife ordered wheelchair on 2/19/20 To receive on 3/2/20. We were unable to track it after not receiving. No response from Imogen.
Wal-Mart customer persons very nice in trying to help. Now waiting for my refund and will try a more reliable source.
I join all the others with the same experience. After many phone calls Walmart refunded my money. This was my first and LAST experience with Walmart. After all the prior reports there is no excuse for Imogen to still be on the seller list, let alone be in business.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A FRAUDULATE! I sent 5 emails they never answer. My scooter was suppose to be delivered and never was. I continued to contact Walmart. I looked at other review and this company does not exist and no phone number. They go by Imogen Medical Parts. Took my money and have not returned it. I can not believe that Walmart still does business with them..

Ordered a walker from them last month. They charged my card but never shipped it! What more is there to say?
Same problem as everyone else. Wheelchair ordered 1/10/2020,. Card billed 1/10/2020. Promised date 1/22/2020. It never arrived.
I called Imogen Medical and they wanted to scam me into a "free" $100 gift card. They refused to help with my order, then hung up on me.
I called Walmart Customer Service 800-966-6546, told them about my experience and eventually talked to a supervisor.
Walmart immediately issued a REFUND on my credit card. Supervisor said she would report it to corporate.
P.S. The Walmart Customer Service people will help if you are nice to them.
