Placed an order with them and like everyone else, a label was created, I received an email saying the order has shipped but the tracking shows the package was never actually shipped. I placed the order on 11/20. It's 12/12. I've heard nothing from them. I sent a message two days ago. Nothing. I don't believe this is a scam or fraud as other have said. I think it's just a poorly run business with horrible customer service. I've never had such a bad experience with another company.
I purchased a hard to find soundtrack to a movie on vinyl through this seller. They immediately marked the purchase as shipped and 8 weeks later, I still don’t have the package. I have attempted to contact them but I know what this is: fraud. And Walmart’s online presence is so quick to compete with Amazon they haven’t taken the time to put customer service in place to resolve these issues. So I’m out $60, and all I can do is give these jabronis a 1 star rating and tell you to stay away from Walmart.com or at least their 3rd party sellers.
I ordered a nike hoodie from this company on October 6. It said it was shipped but delayed. However when I contacted fed ex they said they never received the package. So it is on the company. It had been almost 2 months since I ordered the hoodie. It is December 2nd and I haven't received the hoodie yet.
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a $30 vinyl record the first week of Nov. A week later a CD showed up. Never received shipping or tracking info. I checked my order and tracked it, it said it hadn't shipped yet. I figured it was a mistake so I returned it to my local Walmart. The refund amount was for $12! Of course the people at the store were clueless so I left. I then noticed a few days later that the order number I received in my confirmation email was different on the receipt that was sent with the CD. I emailed and called HomeOnline multiple times with no response. So I called Walmart.com customer service. The girl emailed them again and said to wait 48 hours and if I didn't hear anything to call back. They emailed me last night stating I received what I ordered and without a return receipt for the CD they couldn't help me. Well that lit a fire under me. I called Walmart.com back and Jose helped me and got my refund instantly! These people are con artists and quite frankly surprised Walmart lets this continue. If anyone else has an issue with them call Walmart.com and they will help you!
I had the same problem as many other people, I ordered a item, I was told that a label was made and the microwave was shipped. The shipping company never received the product, it was never shipped. I was never able to track my order. As I read now, this is what this company is known for. They never answer their phones, they do not respond to emails. Contact Walmart and get your money back!! This is a total scam!! Walmart you need to remove this company, it makes you look really bad!!!
This company rips people off but Walmart still allows them. I never received my sneakers and according to tracking the label was created but never picked up. Classic way to rip people off and I can’t get a refund because I don’t have the sneakers and they know that. I’ll be filing a complaint against homeonline. I do not recommend them!
Certainly the consensus in the reviews is not favorable. I placed an order on Walmart.com and Homeonline is the marketplace seller. I placed the order over 2 weeks ago, 1 week ago I received an email from Walmart saying the item shipped. I verified they charged my credit card. However, Fedex never received the item. This is a tactic not practiced by credible vendors. Most credit card companies have policy regarding charges prior to shipping. Here it is the 12th of October and still no tracking information. They have a Alabama area code but say they are open 9AM CST. BTW, the phone never gets answered nor do they respond to messages.
Definitely a scam business.
Had a calculator listed for very good price. Took 12 days to post a FedEx delivery tracking number showing item shipped. FedEx hadn't picked up item because HomeOnline bulk batches their deliveries. If item isn't in batch sent out it shows pending pickup. Upon contacting them, they told me it's on backorder. Was told actual item must have gotten lost in transit. They said they'll refund the amount.

Don’t ever order from this seller. They’re horrible I ordered a movie though them as a birthday gift I never received it! It says delayed and shows no update . It’s never going to come! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! CALL YOUR BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE IF YOUR ORDER FROM THEM

Same as all the other people. Over paid for a pillow. They post shipping date & tracking information. But of course it didn’t show up. I call USPS they never received the item & of course no one from company can contact me.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!.. I ordered a printer on July 7th and it was supposed to be delivered on July 20th-24th.. It is now Aug 11th and still nothing.. They charged my CC for $130, created a FedEx tracking number, but never sent it.. It just keeps saying, "Delayed".. I'm actually trying to get a refund at this point, but I can't get the seller to respond.. I tried to contact them on July 29th and they haven't responded.. I tried again on Aug 6th and STILL no response.. I had to contact Walmart and I'm trying to get a refund now, so we'll see how that goes.. I might just have to eat that money.. (I can't say the words that I really want to say).. But BUYER BEWARE!!!.. When you purchase anything from Wal-Mart, look to see who the "actual" seller is (where the merchandise is coming from), and MAKE SURE IT IS NOT HOMEONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!.. FRAUDS!!!!!
Ordered a dvd, have not received yet. Tracking says delayed . Where is my dvd?
Placed order for amount around $2500 at 7/14/2020. They charged my CC. Received Shipping Tracking # right away with confirmation to be delivered 7/27/2020. Today is 7/30/2020 Status of shipping pending. No one respond from company not for phone calls not for email. Walmart customer service not able to help. Looks like pure on line scam. Going to work with CC company wondering if they will be able to help with money return. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Same as all the others: Ordered July 5, credit card charged that day $360, got notice that it "shipped" July 7 for delivery July 11. Later got email from Walmart saying July 16 delivery. Nothing as of July 29 except a "Delayed" notice with no information or expected date. USPS confirms that the item was NEVER RECEIVED BY THEM.
Complete scam. The item I was buying was difficult to find, but have now found it back in stock at Bass Pro for $220.
We have received and paid the credit care bill and now no response re refund from HomeOnline.
Given all of these reviews, hard to understand why they are Walmart associates or why, when we bought there was no way to see that we were dealing with an outside vendor.
Only giving this one star because there is no lower option.
