Thank you! I ordered the back brace and the delivery was delayed due to covid, so I haven't received the item. I called the company and I spoke with them about the updated info on the tracking that showed the item was just picked up today to be delivered, when last week it showed the items was at the post office on the 8th. I wanted to get an explanation and find out the day it will arrive. he was so nice and understood. Will definitely by from this company in the future and will comment on the item when I receive it.. thanks again!
