I was send the incorrect color for a Harman Kardon speaker. They clearly wanted to advertise something that is unavailable to get the sale. I am upset that Walmart would be apart of this! Why say you have a product color that you don't and take my money and hope I'm okay with another color option! NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

I ordered a screen protector from WALMART which, as it turns out, was fulfilled by Home Above. When the package arrived, it was missing one small item - the protector itself. Of course, I went to Walmart's website to return the item because that's where I bought it. After scrambling around Walmart's website, I wound up chatting with one of their specialists was told that I would be contacted by Home Above within 48hrs. On the second day, I did receive an email that asked, "hello how can we help you?", to which I responded with a request for return/refund. I haven't heard from them since. It's a lousy $16 but I am furious that Walmart would represent that they have products in stock, engage with a third party to fulfill it, and then pass the buck when something goes wrong. If I buy from Walmart, then Walmart should take responsibility for resolving issues created with their partners. (I will be glad to rescind/amend this review if someone steps up to the plate in a timely manner)
