I ordered a wireless car charger on Walmart.com. I received a package from them within a week. Unfortunately it was not a wireless car charger. I received a pair of stereo headphones that I had not ordered. I immediately contacted Walmart.com and they gave me an entirely different phone number that rang endlessly with no answer. I tried to phone the other number listed online and it rang a couple of times then said it was no longer in service. I wish I knew about the bad reviews and experiences before I ordered from them. Trying to get some action from Walmart.com now a refund or something
Um, I just received a package from you with a foot long metal rod. Looks like a metal straw. I never ordered anything from you. I just received it in the mail. What is it and why are you sending it to me? Please respond. I will give you the tracking number.

I purchased $100 Maxkon air fryer and it does not work it have not fried or damn thing and I'm trying to return it with no success this is ridiculous this site really needs to be shut down there using Walmart their third party and I had no idea that it was a third-party shame on you shame on you shame on you for taking people's money I am totally disappointed you'll never get my business again never there's no phone number to contact anybody you send an email message you get no response so they're ripping people off
I purchased 7 sets of wall decals so I could see if they work for my wall space, with the understanding that I could return anything that didn't work. Here is the email I received when initiating a return with Hipitek Inc. because the decals were too large for the space I needed to put them in. And this is a direct quote I copied and pasted here from my email:

Actually your item have no quality prblem,So is it possible please accept 15 USD partial refund as a discount and keep these items,Maybe you could send it to your family or friends as a gift. This will not be a loss for you. If you return it back, we will issue refund for you until we receive these items completely.These items must be intact because we have to re-shelve sale. But during the shipping,it always have unkonwn accident happened package.Futhermore, It will waste your money and time to deal with it. And we not only lost our products and the fee of shipping, but also will waste time to re-shelve sale it. But if you accept our offer,you could saving these trouble,althought our company have no profit for your order,we lost our products and the fee of shipping. What???!!!??? I paid $56 and they want to give me $15 and have me keep the items and give them away as gifts to family and friends?!! What I want is a full refund but I can see from other reviews that it is just going to waste my time, money and energy and I will likely end up completely frustrated trying to return these. Even if I attempt to return them I am concerned from their reference in the email that I will return them and they will be sure to find a reason to not refund my money due to "during the shipping,it always have unkonwn accident happened package.Futhermore, It will waste your money and time to deal with it." Wish I would have researched this company and I NEVER would have ordered from them. Walmart should not be doing business with this company!
Now, I'm scared, after reading these reviews. I ordered from this company. Estimated delivery time is nearly 2 weeks. I'm quite certain or doesn't take 2 weeks to delivery anything, unless it's coming from another country.FedEc Tracking # doesn't work. Says it cannot be found.
Just received a dress that is not the correct color and does not fit, even though I ordered it 2 sizes larger. No shipping label. Checked Walmart.com about returns and directed me to contact Hipitek, Inc. . Looked them up and their website directs me to walmart.com. SCAM!! Now I am out the $ and a dress for a Special occasion! I ordered three pillow cases and I HATED them! I emailed the company, they kept wanting me to keep the product so I could give them to a friend or family member and only wanted to give me a partial refund! I don't think I'm going to see this many back! 30 bucks down the drain! I will NEVER order from this company again!
I'm currently trying to get an item returned with know way of reaching this company, I'm not going to get upset about it and just let it consume my day. I expected more from Walmart than this to allow a company to attack it's self to their name. But I will be more careful. I will repay says the Lord. I am very dishearted with this whole process and will never purchase from them again.. I want to give them a score LESS than one star- how about (-1/4) of a star.... yes that's negative..------
Ordered a pair of summer shorts. They billed me and the delivery date came and went....nothing. Contacted Wal Mart .com and they got them to send me something that looked nothing like the ones on line. CHEAP crap they sent me just so they could say they sent me something. It’s been impossible to get a return started to the point I give up. STAY AWAY!!!

These people are a joke I purchased a xxl item online through Walmart site and tried to return it only to find out they are a third party the number continues to go to a voicemail and no one answers I get a text what business texts customers and are not responding to the fact that all I want is a return label and mail refund and they are ignoring me I’m so pissed this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They sold me two pair of slippers that do not fit a normal human foot. When I received the bad product, they sent an email stating that during the busy season, they might lose my return package due to tracking problems so it is better to just accept a settlement. They offered a really bad settlement of less than half of what I paid and hoped I would go away. Now that I see all these bad reviews, Hiptek seems to knowingly engage in bad business. Walmart should revoke their privilege to sell. Do not settle with these unethical and immoral people. Nobody ever does anything about companies like this which is how they continue to operate. Charge Back and Report.

I ordered a pair of NightGuide HD glasses from this company. The ad said that the glasses could be worn over your prescription glasses and would help with night driving glare. They do not work for me over my prescription glasses. The space created between the NightGuide glasses (not prescription) and my prescription glasses makes the glare problem worse. I received these last week and this company refuses to accept a return or refund of my money. I could understand if these were prescription glasses but the Night Guide glasses are like sunglasses - not prescription. This seems entirely unreasonable to me. I'll NEVER buy from this unethical company again and am putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, although they do not belong to the BBB - probably because of their unethical policies about returns.
