The item I purchased from Hilitand through Walmart (although I didn't know it was through Hilitand) was delivered to the wrong address (in another town). Of course, Walmart will do nothing! There is no website for Hilitand. I received a random email from someone saying "we are walmart seller". Poor grammar and no signature, nor contact information, makes me too suspicious to respond. I guess I'm out the money. Please Walmart, stop using them!!!
Buying anything from this company is a gamble. As long as there is no problem with the item, all is well. Forget about getting a refund for a faulty product, if you can even contact them. Please read return policy for any online purchases. This is not a Walmart company and Walmart does not control or have ability to return items from Hilitand. I will never purchase anything from them again and urge Walmart to remove them from their seller list. Buyer beware!
I am surprised that Walmart or Amazon did not perform any due duligence on the Hilitand company. I tried contacting these people on an order that contained one of the Hilitand items and it needed to be cancelled. It was bad enough that Walmart has no process in place to cancel unwanted items even within 10 minutes of ordering but then they gave me a phone number for Hilitand that was invalid. So I tried to google Hilitand only to find out that there is no number to be found.
It is ironic that you cannot get ahold of this company in order to cancel something beforehand because they demand a service fee and a 20% restocking fee on return orders.
In the end it is evident that customers are forced to go thru the return process because they will not be able to proactively reach this Seller.
