TERRIBLE COMPANY. HOVER BOARD WOULD BE FULLY CHARGED AND ONLY GO FOR 3 MINUTES. WALMART REFUNDED MY MONEY BUT THE COMPANY TOLD ME TO SEND THE HOVER BOARD BACK AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR ME AND SEND IT BACK. ONCE I TRACKED THE PACKAGE TO MAKE SURE IT MADE IT TO THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE KEEPING IT AND NOT FIXING IT BECAUSE WALMART HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY.
I purchase a hoover board from this company from Walmart web site. Just finding out it's only 30 day warranty now my daughter hoover board last only 3 weeks and than broke. Just trying to replace it now ,but being I waited after the 30 days they will not replace it. I wish they had that posted on the site when I purchased it 30 warranty. That's money in the trash. I will not be ordering again from these sites online from Walmart.
I am upset with Wal Mart. Why have you kept this seller on your Marketplace knowing that they are the worst. Is it that important for Wal mart to make all the money at the risk of their customers. Apparently. H.A.I is a piece of shit company and I will be their worst nightmare for a while. I am trolling every peice of social media I can find on them. But you as well Walmart online. GET RID OF THIS COMPANY.
This is by far the worse company that I have dealt with, they will not return phone calls or email attempts. I have tried for several days to reach them but no answer about an item that needed to be return.

Hoverboard wont charge..and I bought a protection plan from walmart..they fraudulently sold me that plan and wont honor it..crazy how these folks can get away with robbery but if we do it then illegal..FUCK THESE ASSHOLES I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL..FUCKING LOSERS
Product was junk. I bought a ride on motorcycle for my 3 year old grandson, the only thing he asked Santa for and when we started it, it started smoking the wires was all melted. Now I have a broken hearted little boy who thinks Santa brought him junk. Please save your money and find a different brand to buy.
i bought an all-terrain board and it was suppose to be grey and black. i received a turquoise one and its not what i ordered. i went to Walmart and they said they cant do anything about it because its not their product. very unhappy and my son has to go without. not fair to him at all.
Brought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I opened it on Christmas Eve to see if it required a charge, and of course what could go wrong? NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL/ How am I supposed to get the speakers and bluetooth to work? I have no paperwork to contact anyone. When I purchased this item I thought I was purchasing from Walmart not a third party. @Wal-Mart please stop selling this company products, it really makes consumers no longer want to purchase online from Wal-Mart. When I checked reviews before purchasing there weren't many, now that I've purchased this product I see several 1star ratings. This is very disappointing.

This company us crap. I got my order in the mail and all I got was a power cord. I never received the electric scooter I ordered. Do not order from them.
This Company sent November 25 2018 saying my package has been sent and will arrive on December 3 2018. On November 27 2018, they sent me another email saying my package has been delayed . Do anyone see the problem here??? Then they have the right to blame it on UPS. I'm not buying this excuse. Please, if you want your package to be delivered in a timely manner, don't use this company if you want a hover board.
Purchased a self- balancing Hover board and not only did we get a balance board that is NOT self-balancing, we received the WRONG color and no way to get in touch with H.A.I to correct their errors.
My son got a hoover board for Christmas...I purchased a pink and a gold one well they sent 2 pink ones he was highly upset and I tried reaching out to the company numerous times no response so we just kept it and now guess what after a few ride it wont charge a waste of money hard to get in contact with someone and bow I have to purchase a new one
My daughter bought this hoverboard with her own birthday money after a lot of searching online (she even read reviews, though as I researched more later, maybe not enough reviews...I found many negative ones after we got it). Out of the box, things worked great, all seemed well. But it's only been ONE WEEK and she can no longer turn it on. It instantly didn't seem to hold a charge very long, and now it's not usable at all. There was no invoice in the box, and I'm so far unable to get return info from Walmart.com or anywhere else online, so I'm very concerned she's out her money AND her hoverboard...a sad lesson for both of us. If I could give this negative stars, I would. #crushed
I bought 2 Hoover from Walmart online . Not knowing it’s wasn’t Walmart that was selling it. It’s was Christmas time when I purchased it.One stop charging. I called the company she said that she can only exchange . She said that she will send me a email me with the instructions. I told her I need a postage label for ups so I can return it. She said sure no problem. When I got her email it’s states I have to pay the shipping. Customer service for this company is bad! Don’t buy from this company!
My mom bought her a hoverboard for Christmas. It worked fine for 3 months and then it stopped working and won't even turn on. It will not charge at all. I have contacted H.A.I and Wal-Mart with no luck. This is unbelievable. I feel taken advantage of.

I am too going through this very thing. Although - his hover board worked fine up until this last weekend where now it won't stop making a long annoying loud beep with the LED lights flashing. I bought this through Walmart.com not knowing it was a 3rd party vendor. I tried emailing the website on the return page and it didn't go through - an invalid email address. I also tried calling and it's greeting doesn't allow messages as well as it states due to holiday season, they are unable to answer the phone. I hardly ever buy anything online anyway, especially anything over $100. I feel scammed and cannot afford to be so. I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing this. When the hover board starting acting up - my son was devastated. I need this fixed and fixed fast!
