We have ordered Unscented Foaming Liquid Hand Soap Refill - vius Unscented Liquid Soap - Moisturizing, Fragrance-Free, Sensitive Skin, Family-Friendly (Unscented, Refill) for 29.99 + tax and it came damaged and when we opened it the soap refill bottle lid was cracked opened and half of the bottle was empty and the soap liquid was all over inside the package. We paid the price for this bottle already 5-6 times more than regular refill, but receiving the product damaged and empty and all over the mail package is unacceptable. Per Walmart’s policy, it is stated that Walmart Customer Service has contacted GreenOak Solutions LLC on my behalf on April 4th, 2020. And someone from their team will contact me - customer, with in 1 business day to resolve the damaged product that we received from GreenOak Solutions LLC. It’s been exactly 7 days and no one has contacted me so far.
We need to get a refund or at least the same item for this damaged product that we’ve paid that much money! Extremely bad product and very poor customer service!
