I bought a Bose radio from them I never received my item I have been jerked around for 3 weeks now I WANT A REFUND!!
Order sat in "label created, ready to ship" status for over seven days. Goodpoints Electonics customer service unwilling to check delivery status on initial attempt and no actual verification of shipment on subsequent emails. Vendor is responsive but lacking any meaningful action. Order eventually cancelled through Walmart.com due to inaction by the marketplace seller.
