Product is not as described. Paper thin see thru sheet material cut into the shape of a jacket. Also not sized properly. When i purchased there was nothing saying they didht take returns. Now that im trying its saying i cant or they a 20% restocking fee AND i have to pay shipping?!?!?!!!!! WTF!!! If i could give it less than 1 star i would.
Same problem with ordering the felt Christmas tree. I ordered it on November 10th and still don’t have it.
I ordered the felt Christmas tree and low and behold they stole my money. No info on my order Walmart said they would email within 24 hrs. Nothing.

I ordered a felt Christmas tree that they had through walmart and they lost it in transit as in it didn't even make it to the post office! So they basically stole my money! They don't even deserve one star. Walmart is having them contact me within 24 hours. I am hurt as I can't afford to just lose money like that.
I sure wish I'd have seen all these reviews. Never would have order from this company. I order a shirt in a Large through Walmart on line.. Way Way to little. I was afraid I was going to bust of the sleeves I will be contacting Walmart IF I don't get a responds about sending this Shirt back. I want a full refund. rating is a O but got at least put one star.
The swimsuit I ordered was not true to size. I ordered a size larger and it fits like it's two sizes smaller than stated . I had planned to return it, but with the 20% restocking fee and the five dollar return fee, it's not worth it. I'll probably end of donating it to a rehabilitation institute and they can give it to a patient in need of one..
The item didn't fit - ordered a 2XL dress to fit 14/16 but it's really like a M so I couldn't even try it on. I initiated a return with them through my Walmart Account. They responded in less than 24 hours, but only offered to give me a 30% refund and to keep the item. I replied and am waiting for their second response. I don't want the item and I want a full refund.
I sent a message and still no response from them I just sent another message we'll see if I hear from them this time so far customer service is not good
