Ordereda bad frame and mattress from walmart.com for over $1000. I never received it and walmart say it was put in mailbox. This is impossible. 6wks now and walmart has yet to refund my money from this fraudulent company. Shame on walmart.com for not doing right by their customers. They lost a loyal 20yr customer. Zero stars for this chinese company and walamrt!!!!
Order a twin bunk bed set and said it was delivered on April 14 at mailbox, funny didn’t know you could put that in a mailbox. Hoping to get my refund back
Order mattress said it was delivered in mailbox (that’s funny) had to contact credit card company and filed claim on them .
Bought a bed from this so called company said it was delivered April 8th.... still has yet to appear. Poor customer service
