Uploaded tracking number but never shipped.

Said it was shipped on August16th 3 days later still setting at the post office seems like this company has so many one Stars for the same problem. I should have looked before I leeped.

Ordered window film July 9...tracking stuck at "acceptance of your package is pending"...for 3 weeks! OK, not Goldwheel's fault - Trump did this to us by installing his crony to sabotage the PO so he can claim the election's mail returns are phony and/or many of them are lost so he can play dictator like his role models and invalidate the election...BUT the order was reshipped (TX) 7/22 and "you should receive it within 4 business days" turned into receipt just a few hours ahead of Storm Isaias on 8/05 - 14, not 4 days - and the second package finally arrived (first one stayed lost)...DAMAGED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT PROPERLY PACKED ONTO A TUBE LONG ENOUGH TO PROTECT THE ENTIRE ROLL. The size ordered is, as needed, only one inch wider than my window so there is a crinkly line along the entire edge of the window! Could not even complain because Storm Isaias shut down the power here! NOT ACCEPTABLE BUT AM NOT ABOUT TO WAIT ANOTHER 26 DAYS TO GET ONE PROPERLY PACKED!

I ordered a roll of carpet. Never received. Tracking still shows in Irwindale CA. 8 days after marked as shipped I’m not even sure it was shipped. 8 days later still no carpet

Where is this shipping from. It said shipped 2 weeks ago. Ridiculous
